I took my sons car to this shop for diagnostics on his ****** Impreza. They were confident they found the issue with his transmission. After several days they said it was running just fine no lights were on and it was shifting fine. When we picked up the car they charged me $1100.00 for the job, which we gladly paid for fixing the car. My son picked up the car and within 24 hours the same exact issue occurred. All the lights came on and it began shifting poorly again. We had it taken back to the shop for them to fix it. They had the audacity to charge me again for diagnostics which was another $125 after just paying them $1100 for a job not done. They claimed they didn't charge me a diagnostic fee originally because they simply fixed what I said needed to be fixed. I told them that's not true if I knew what was wrong I wouldn't be bringing my car to them. So after charging me $1100 I guess they now felt there going to diagnose the problem. I told them you did diagnose the problem already and it wasn't the right diagnosis. Why should I have to pay again for the same issue they didn't fix. They had the car for an additional week and a half and nothing came of it. They never found the problem and I had to have the car towed to a real mechanics shop and those crooks wouldn't even drop the $125 diagnosis fee after not finding the problem and all the expense I had to go through to have it towed away. They are a den of thieves. Don't bring your car to this shop the mechanics are glorified oil changers with little skill and professionalism. How this company stays in business with that kind of poor customer service is beyond me! Find a better shop to take your car too.

They quoted me one price and when I picked up my car they hit me with a $50 additional computer diagnostic charge which they refused to admit the error and refund me the credit! I've been going there for 4 years and spent thousands in car repairs and the owner Jim told me it was my descion after i told him im a valued customer and referred dozens of friends there for auto repair and he stiffed me for $50! I also told him I'd be taking my businesses where and he would loose me as a valued customer and his response was that's my decision! What a piece of work and retarded mind set as a business owner! STAY AWAY!!!

I had an appointment to take my 2001 corvette on Wednesday February 1, 2023, for service due to my car not starting. I was told by the owner that their technicians work on Corvettes, and it should be an easy fix.

When I drop my car off, I explain to the tech what I was experiencing with my Corvette and that my car only had 65,000 miles on it and is in great condition other than not starting. He said that he would get back to me in several days after he runs said that they run a diagnosis.

On February 13th I was told that I needed a throttle body control Module and that I would have to find the part because they were too busy, I was also told that the owner tried to find the part but could not locate one. I found a used throttle body control module and took it to the shop on February 13, 2023. I then went back to their shop on February 16, and my car was sitting in the parking lot behind the building.

I asked the tech and the owner what was going on with my car and they said that they would work on it February 17, 2023. I went back on February 21, and was told by the owner that the Throttle Body Control Modules that I brought was no good and that I needed to find a other one.

I was able to get a second Throttle Body Control Module from a shop in Tampa Bay and drop it off at their shop on February 22, 2023. My car was not work on for two weeks and was sitting out in the field behind the shop until March 13, 2023.

I did go into the shop on the March 8, 2023, and they said that they would start working on it again but did nothing.

Mid-morning on March I had my car toll to another shop that works on Corvettes, and it was repaired in three days. My corvette needed an Ignition Switch.

Auto Tech 2 had my car for almost 8 weeks told me that I needed a Throttle Body Control module and charged me $235.00 and did nothing. I also have two Throttle Body Control Modules that I paid $950.00 and do not need nor can I return for a refund.
