      When we started doing business with him, everything went fine. With each order, the delivery of the order took longer. We placed an order for trailers for $94,000 in June 2022. We made four nonrefundable trips to pick up products to find out the trailers were not completed and we went back without product. In February, 2023, I had to drive to ******* and pick up trailers from him. I was able to bring back $28,367.32 worth of trailers. They were not completed; we had to do work on them. In December, I sent a demand letter for a refund of the remaining money. He did sign it. He asked 60 extra days, and we gave that to him. March 4, 2023 was the cutoff date from the demand letter. We have not received any money from him.

      In April of 2021, we discussed a special build of a pontoon trailer with Carlos and in May of that year we mailed and the company cashed a check in the amount of $8,197.49 as a down payment with a balance of $10,000.00 due upon delivery. Carlos said it would be about 2-3 weeks for completion. Many, many discussions and texts later, the build was canceled by agreement of both parties. Although I attempted to stop and pick up a check for the refund, Carlos refused to provide the same but stated he would send a check immediately. He has made NUMEROUS promises of payment and even stated he would pay $9,000.00 to compensate for some of our hassles and interest on the amount he had had the use of for now over a year. Carlos has stated it was mailed, cashier’s check, by certified mail but would not provide any tracking numbers. Then, he said he was sending $4,500.00 directly to my bank account and an additional $4,500.00 would follow the next week. When that did not appear in our account, again I requested tracking numbers for tracking purposes. Again, he did not provide the numbers but said he had given the money to his bank for transfer. The next excuse was that he had been put on a terrorist watch list and his accounts had been frozen for about 10-14 days while they researched it. That as soon as the money was released, the bank would do the transfer. The latest was that his brother had taken $3,500.00 to Walmart for a transfer to a Walmart near us and that as soon as his brother got back with the numbers, he would call us and provide them. Again, nothing. I have saved all texts between Carlos and me and will provide them if requested. There was no written contract. Simply a complete invoice for the build, including sales tax, totaling $18,197.49. Any help we receive in receiving our money would be greatly appreciated. As Carlos previously agreed to pay us $9,000.00, that is the amount we are requesting.

      Ordered a Boat trailer with 15 inch ******** tires with aluminum wheels and guide posts. Went to receive trailer the day promised and it had 14 galvanized wheels with ************* and no guide posts. ***** said he would mail that to me next week. Now four months later no tires, wheels or guide posts. This is theft.
