    Horrible people service!!! Problems with service between residential and business and employees very argumentative and not helpful. Use any other service you can and avoid headaches.

    Awful service, RUDE customer support! Company STEALING money, CREATING cases themselves and BLAME customers, sending random accounts to a debt collection agency. Avoid dealing with them AT ANY CASE!And a special THANK YOU to Yuno ******* - he TOTALLY doesn't understand what he is doing!

    Dear BBB: Regarding BBB review#******. We are very sorry to see that our customer had a difficulty, any coaching issues will be submitted as noted in the information. We are pleased to say as of 9.25.24 the collections team removed the said equipment and updated the agency that we use on closed (former) accounts to recall the information. We spoke to our former customer and advised of the resolution. Our customer did ask for compensation for their time, inconvenience and we explained we provide credit for services rendered. Again, our apology for the customers experiences and this matter has been addressed. Respectfully, The Northeast Escalations team

    COX is a complete fraudulent, awful business!
    Paying for services that I’m NOT receiving! Anytime I request for a tech to come out they no show, no call nothing!
    Then when you speak to someone to virtually try to help you are also being asking to do THEIR foot work mean while losing revenue at your business due to their failed end of their contract! Their excuse is we are in an “outage area” that is not ok! If you’re selling a service you need to PROVIDE that service! Their ****** reviews match every issue I have been experiencing as well! This is NOT ok!

    DO NOT EVER SIGN UP WITH COX!! They are the worst company in the world to deal with. As I was reading other complaints, I find that I am not the only one. There have been 81 complaints against Cox and I'm sure there are 1000 more that just haven't been reported.
    They lied about allowing us to go on seasonal status. They did NOT cancel our service when we called them regarding the seasonal status and got the runaround so we said we were done and that we were cancelling effective immediately. I just received a bill for the next month. Not paying it. We are not in Florida; WE cancelled the service 3/3; they did not. On my next call, 3/16, I finally convinced the woman I spoke with that we DO NOT WANT their service. She agreed to cancel that day and gave me 10 days to return the modem.. I told her that we would return it when we arrived back in Florida in mid-April. I was told that if it was not back in 10 days that we would be charged over $200. I might as well have been talking to a blank wall as it would have more intelligence than the untrained, unintelligent, unprofessional people that work at Cox. Again - DO NOT USE THAT COMPANY FOR ANY OF YOUR COMMUNICATION NEEDS. In order to post this I had to give a star rating. I chose ONE and thats more than they deserve.
