    In October 2023, *** came to clean the carpets and tile at, what was then, my mother-in-law's home. She had just passed away in August and we were preparing the home for our relatives to visit for the memorial in early November. We had not seen any reviews for Eagle, but in speaking with ***, felt he would be thorough and would hopefully dop is worse than initially so I'm not please at all a good job. Now, I know that the carpets are a MESS and probably the padding is also damaged, I don't argue that. Less than a month after the cleaning, all of the stains are back and worse. Even an area where we have a rug over the spots is worst than before he came. Here's the main issue and my concern. We lightly scrubbed a spot with a cleaner from the grocery store in early December, and that spot has not returned at all. When I called, *** stated that he remembered that it was very bad carpet. Also stating he would call the following week as he was preparing for his own family memorial. I waited several weeks to call him back again. He answered the call while working (a lot of background noise), and again stated it was bad carpet and we should have called the week after the carpet was cleaned. A) Very poor customer service, B) listen to my main complaint... The stain we cleaned is still gone. Why did we spend the money for him to come do a "professional" job, when a $5 bottle did a better job? We weren't asking for a full refund, as he also cleaned the tile throughout.

    I noticed you called the other day. I tried to call you back with no luck. I called to. Day. This claim is not even close to what actually happened. She already tried to get revenge on me. For some reason through ******* you should look at the review there. It is different than this review at least part of it.  She never asked for a refund. And I have been to that house twice. Most of the charges were for tile cleaning. I told them up front. There was not much that could be do with the carpet, but they just wanted it freshened up and do the best you can which I did.

    After 26 years in business this is the most ridiculous accusation.  I guess your were not satisfied with your ****** review  response from me . You don't even have my name correct  and that picture ..absolutely no way I have ever left a job like that. Your leaning towards deformation of character claims.
