We purchased a 9'* 12' area Carpet, a 6' round carpet (with padding) plus 2 - 4' runners and 1 - 12' runner with non-skid padding for the runners. Plus we paid for delivery. On 08/26 we we called to deliver our carpet, upon arriving there was no padding (NONE), plus the 6' round was apparently cut wrong and not available for delivery. On inspection the runners we 42" wide, not the standard *****" wide.On 08/30, I went and picked up the padding for the 9*12, but it was cut to exactly 9' * 12', no reduction for the carpet to lay down on the tile floor. This was to get it out of my hallway. On 09/09, the sales *** called and said the carpets were ready when would I like them delivered? I said Thursday would work. the he said The owner wanted me to take down the bad ****** review I gave, I said I would consider once the carpets were and they were correct. On 9/11 the owner called after ************ I hung up on he as he is right, the customer is wrong. Then I got a message saying I MUST call him back. Which I did and he informed me IF i do NOT take down the bad review, I must pay additional funds or NO Carpet. That's after spending $5400.00 originally. On 9/13, I paid him an additional $117.88 in additional charges. He said "his additional cost", but if I removed the review, I'd owe nothing. Sorry I won't be intimidated, I left it up and paid his fee!

*** ********** it is extremely unfortunate that you refuse to tell the truth and the facts about the matter. Please see the attached signed contract which you ordered custom area rugs cut to specific sizes, which we did exactly per the contract. It is worth noting that you decided after we delivered the rugs to your home that you would like different sizes, which we were more than willing to accommodate taking them back recutting them to the new specified dimensions and rebinding them. I offered to provide this additional service at no charge if you would just remove the bad review which also was not accurate but your fabricated version which lies about the facts stated in writing in the contract specifically identifying the size the rugs were to be fabricated. You chose to be verbally abusive and arrogant to myself, my wife and every one of our employees that spoke with you. So yes, I stated that you would need to pay what you owed for the additional services provided since you preferred to be as mean and arrogant as possible with an online review that was full of lies. I will continue to pray that you find joy in life and stop trying to ruin everyone elses life with your terrible attitude. We are lucky enough to have fabulous employees that always maintain a fantastic attitude and attempt to make all our customers happy yet every one of them said dealing with you was very difficult and you were rude to every one of them. I am sorry you are disappointed, but I can 100% assure you our team made every effort to meet your needs and satisfy you. **** Gilbert, President

I had four rooms in my house vinyl flooring installed on August 2022. About a couple of months later noticed some warping or buckling. Called Carpet One. They said it could be some normal settling, Keep getting worst. Called again in middle of July and said the problem is worst. They sent some one overtook pictures and check the warping of the floors. I did not anything back. Called again. Said they were going to have factory person and check it out. No one showed up. Went down to Carpet One in person. They said they would send some one up to check. Some guy came up called Andrew. Looked it over then basicly said that I would have to live with it. Floors are so warped that you could scuff your feet on them and trip. I want my money back. They did not honor the One Year Warrantee. So, I want my money back so I can go someplace else to get my floors corrected. I don't want to deal with these people anymore.

Mr. ****** did purchase flooring from Carpet One Floor & Home which was professionally installed in August of 2022 and completed to his satisfaction, please see attached "completion to satisfaction."   Mr. ****** called stating he was having issues with the flooring and on 10/18/23 our operations Manager visited the site to determine what issues were involved and found that Mr. ****** had significant plumbing leaks in his slab thus flooding the floor and home requiring 3 weeks of remediation and the plumbing has since been moved to the attic.  The flooring performed as expected and no warrantable issue was found since he does have a possible insurance claim to cover such damage but it would not be warranted by the flooring manufacturer.  It's unfortunate when someone does not tale the truth and include all the facts and chooses to make slanderous inaccurate remarks.

Yes, I did have a pluming leak on May 25, 2022. The insurance company hired a restoration company from Orlando, and they dried everything out. The restoration company was here for over 10 days or more drying out everything. We had over 15 fans running and dehumidifiers all over the place. When they got down they told me the floors where ready to have flooring down. The restoration company took moisture test, and everything was OK. But the flooring company should have prepared the concrete properly. They are supposed to be the experts. The concrete should have been primed before installation. The house has been repiped. There is no leaks under the house. I checked with other companies, and they told me that this is what they would have down.
