    I made an appointment on 8/10/22 to have a closet designed/installed with this company. After a lot of miscommunication from the company due to a failure to listen, they produced a final rendering which was agreed upon. The company was paid $3,761.82, over 50% of the contract price. They arrived to install on 11/22/22; however, the product was not completed, as guaranteed, due to pieces not arriving yet. My wife and I discovered a good portion of the shelves/walls were scratched or chipped and even water damaged. This was on top of the fact that the product itself was cheap particle board with laminate coverings. Later on the owner, Jared agreed to the resolution to replace the pieces and we were informed they would be there to install the new pieces on 12/22/22. We were called by the company on the 12/21/22 asking if their install guy could come get the pieces that day and come back on the 22nd to install, so they did. This was odd to me, as Natalie already took a video of the damaged pieces, so why would they have to come and get them, unless they already planned to repair them instead of replace. On the 12/22/22, almost four and a half months from the start of contact, they returned to install, but Gene was unsure if the pieces were in fact new. I messaged the salesperson, Natalie, to remind her to the agreement for the new product. While waiting for her reply Gene came back from a phone call with the company and stated some of the pieces were "repaired" and some were new. I asked him to remove the pieces. Later on, Natalie messaged stating all the pieces were new. When talking to the owner again, he stated all the pieces were new and only the edging was replaced on some of them to have a smoother edge. I explained my issue with receiving different stories regarding whether they were upholding their agreement and requested a refund in full. At that point the owner, Jared, had his installers remove all pieces and refused to refund in full.
