    On 1/15/25 Nixon granite arrived to ***lace countertop they cut wrong for my master bathroom over a year ago. They received a full quartz slab, at no charge from quartz company to do my job, Nixon, instead of cutting all of the master bath countertop pieces, decided to cut corners by only cutting the sink piece. The dye lots did not match ( as quartz *** told me, they should have known better, and cut the entire countertop) because of this, they would need another day, to redo, the next day. I had my plumber scheduled for the afternoon of the 15th, which I needed to now cancel. Nixon came back on the 16th to install. I had all of the windows open because of the glue fumes. On Saturday morning, 1/18, I finally went into bath room ( because of fumes) to look at countertop, it had chips in it. I sent an email to the company with pictures on 1/18/25 . They never responded. I called them 1/20/25, they never responded. I kept on calling, no response. Finally Nixon texts back, I need to have quartz *** inspect the countertop, trying to imply they did not chip the countertop, that it was a quartz flaw. This was funny, as I could tell they tried to fill the chips in with epoxy, as they knew they were there! *** came out and said, Nixon chipped the quartz. *** called Nixon to tell them quartz chips were in the countertop. Finally office calls after hearing from ***, now they will come out to lookthey want to come about 6pm. I said NO, I need them to come in the daytime. She said she would call me back with a day and time, this was 1/23/25 at around 3:30 pm. She never called back with a day and time. I have had no running water in the sink since 1/15, from when they began their install. I can not call a plumber to install faucet, until they correct, remake the countertop! I am very disturbed by this, and I believe, I know, they knew they chipped the quartz

    The business finally got back to me. On Thursday 1/30/25 they replaced the chipped countertops, two weeks after they installed the chipped ones. A side note, the countertop is in my master bathroom sink, so for two weeks I have had no faucet in my master bathroom sink. I am just glad it is over, but the stress from not hearing back from them, within a timely manner,  and not being able to put a faucet in, for two weeks was not a way to treat a customer.
