    I am rejecting this response because:Most of it isn't true. He said he showed the picture to some electricians, and they saw no damage. This is interesting because his picture clearly shows the damage. I have another picture that my electrician sent me that is better than his picture. It clearly shows that the busbar on the right is bent and broken. The fact that he is basically calling my electrician a liar is also concerning. I shared this information with my electrician, and he is not pleased. He also said that he had not been in contact with me but I recieved an email from him the first of the week asking for a copy of my invoice from Mr. ******. I have not spoken to him by phone. I do not think he has called but if he did and the phone didn't tell me it was him I would have rejected the call. It was probably listed and Likely Sales. We did not know there was any damage until we hired an electrician to put the pole back together. I would not have given Mr. Haskins a chance to fix it because he is not an electrician. This matter is in arbitration with a company suppplied by Angi.  I don't think we need to do it twice so I am going to wait and see what happens with the arbitration.

    This complaint in inaccurate. First off this customer has never reached out to us to discuss the damages. We completed this project for them almost 3 months ago. The day after we finished the project we got an email from Mr ***** stating that they were happy with the job we did, followed by final payment a week later. 2 months after that we got a Google review claiming the damages. We have tried calling to discuss with them, but they never answered or called us back we followed up with an email to them trying to discuss but we were told by them that they refuse to talk with us on the phone. The picture we took after we finish removing breakers from the panel box prior to demolition have been shown to multiple electricians who tell us the busbars are not bent or broken. They never gave us an opportunity to inspect the damages they are claiming to determine what is going on, they instead went and hired a third party electrician to complete the work which is currently still waiting on a permit to be issued as of 1/23/23. Which leads me to the next false statement made by them that the repairs are already done. They are now bashing us all over the internet which my attorney has advised me to no longer communicate with the ***** outside of him.
