    I had appointment today with his sales Rep ***** He came to my house and seemed to be in hurry, I asked him questions about where my fencing would go and he didn't seem to know, but yet told me he installs many fences in my community. He said the *** rules were changing about where the fences would go, I told him his company did my neighbors a few doors down and I wanted the same fence, he then said "YOUR ARE NOT LISTENING TO WHAT I AM SAYING". As a professional business woman, this is not something I would every say to anyone, especially a woman. I told him I didn't appreciate him talking like that to me and he never apologized and he became more agitated in his mannerism. I told him this was not how anyone would want to get started, he asked me if I wanted him to leave and I said yes. **** was very arrogant and he went to his car. While he was in my driveway he proceeded to send me a text message blaming me for his actions and then continued to send me threatening text messages about what he would do to me if ever "got wind" of me slandering him in any way he would sue me. Now I just wanted an estimate on getting fencing, this man was over the top. I have attempted to reach the owners. Now I know why they are not BBA Affiliated, they would be loaded with complaints. I spoke to my neighbor who used them and he told me if **** had said that to him or his wife, he would of sent him packing too. This man came to my house hostile and I've never met him before. The owners should apologize, I'm glad I have cameras around my home.
