    Very helpful sales person. Fair prices. Delivery was fast and on time and professional, with a 2 hour window and a phone call from them when delivery was 10 minutes out.

    We recently moved to the ***** area and needed to purchase a living room set and some bedroom furniture. We found Blocker's to offer good prices along with excellent service. The person who helped us in the store was able to help us find what we wanted quickly which met both our comfort and budget goals very well. The delivery in both instances was completed by friendly, helpful staff who showed up on time and were extremely efficient.We will continue to go to Blocker's first anytime we need furniture.

    My experience in store was great, when it was delivered they put my BRAND NEW couch in the middle of the street on the back when my fiancé asked them to pick it up the young delivery guy said “if you think you can do a ******* better job then you come ******* do it” he continued to cuss and be disrespectful shoved my fiancé to the point where a fight broke out. I watched the whole thing on my ring I even have a clip of him cussing at my fiancé. I am beyond appalled, bc my fiancé gave him a black eye while defending himself he went to jail and we had to hire an attorney. He owns a business and now has a mugshot how embarrassing. I called the next day to talk to supervisors after talking to one manager it’s been 2 weeks and NOTHING. I have lived in Ocala my entire life and know a lot of people so I hope NO ONE I know will do business with a company that can’t even have the decency to call a customer back after their employee cussed out and assaulted!

    This has been turned over to the state's attorney's office and is in their hands. Our employee is recovering and hopefully back to work soon.

    Blockers offered a large assortment of options, not all of which were available in store. We selected a bedroom set with bed, side tables and dresser. We were advised that the bed and one side table were in stock and available for delivery to our house in a nearby city the next Tuesday. The other two pieces would be another couple weeks. The first two pieces weren't delivered until the third Tuesday. The last two pieces were another couple weeks after that. Good thing we weren't desperate for the new furniture. All that said, the delivery was quite exceptional. We were contacted the night before and provided a two hour time block. We received another call the morning of confirming the time block. We then received a call ahead with 15 - 30 minute notice of arrival. They were very careful with the delivery and did an excellent job with setup and placement. We will use Blockers in the future and the experience make it worth the drive.

    I love Blocker’s. After my first experience there it is now my first ( and usually only) stop when looking for something. From wonderful salesperson- Valerie—to selection to delivery, all are outstanding. I had a horrible delivery experience with another company so it was great to see folks that actually took pride in what they delivered and how they presented it. Super pleasant and helpful as well. Valerie is the best in sales. Helpful , knowledgeable,and very patient. Blockers also has a very good selection and merchandise is displayed nicely. Just wish I’s fpund it sooner!

    Everyone at Blockers were great I needed furniture delivered fast and they delivered right on time and brought it in and set it up for me. The delivery guys were very respectful and done a awesome job I would highly recommend Blockers furniture the furniture is very nice
