      Employees constantly leave trash all over the farm from dumping the trash. No respect for the environment or the horses on my farm. One of my horses coliced from eating trash left behind. I told them Im done and cancelling. Instead of being an upstanding business they should expect me to go buy a printer, ink, paper, an envelope and a stamp as well as drive to the post office and pay to send a certified letter. Why? In the year 2025 would that be necessary? To make life stressful, and difficult for no reason. They have no respect for anyones time, money or property. Then their rude employee sends me an out of office response minutes after previously sending an email, demanding over 700$ when I had just paid $500 the month before! Constant issues with their bookkeeping, poor customer service, unethical treatment of customers and the environment. Need I go on?

      This customer signed an agreement with us on 05/10/22 to service their farm for trash removal. We provided services weekly as was contracted with a 6-yard dumpster. Almost from the start, we had an issue with collecting payment for the services that we provided. We tried conventional methods of collections, but even after countless phone calls & emails.... No response from ******** ******. Our system automatically locks an account when they are 60+ days past due. Once locked, the account doesn't get serviced. I believe this is what she is complaining about- not being serviced. If her bills had been paid in a timely fashion, we wouldn't have suspended her services.

      In regard to her complaint about our cancellation process, it is clearly spelled out on the back of the service agreement that she signed. My staff did nothing wrong and was only following the terms & conditions of our agreement. She did not want to comply with those terms & conditions. She also refused to pay her bill. We cancelled the account & picked up our dumpster on Monday, March 24th, 2025. For legal reasons I can't elaborate on this situation.

      We have been an outstanding Environmental *******, as well as a A+ rated Company with the BBB. We refuse to let this customer ruin our reputation. If you should need any further information, please do not hesitate to reach out to me.
