    Do not ever order from this company. Your items are shipped from ***** which is not disclosed so tracking is a nightmare. I also received the incorrect color pins in which I needed same day I received so there was no time to replace since they come from *****. The company admitted I was sent the incorrect ones. I emailed ************** and called many more. The only reason I got ***** on the phone was because he answered. **************** is a NEGATIVE ******** percent. I spent $400.00 on the wrong pins and their offer to make it right was $40.00.

    We used lapel pin Junction for a 50th anniversary to the corralis historical society. The pin that Brendan had created for us was fantastic, beautiful and beyond our expectations. The service was extremely fast , very affordable and the shipment came so fast that we're able to sell them at our upcoming event in mid May. Brendan di did an amazing job and we are so thrilled in the job Lapel Pin Junction made for us.

    This company has gained a customer for life. From the get-go Brendan was professional, helpful and VERY responsive. Throughout the whole process communication was quick. In addition to all that, I received my product before the deadline that was set.
    We already have ideas for our next few products and *** ***** ******** will be our go-to.
    As previous comments stated, the only reason they are getting 5 is because that is the highest the rating goes. Highly recommend this Company!

    The only reason I'm giving it 5 stars is because that's the highest rating they have. The ***** Pins I ordered came very quickly. The quality was out of this world. The customer service from Brendan ***** was highly professional. I will definitely be ordering from him again in the future.

    I had an amazing experience with Brendan. He made it so easy to iterate on our designs over the phone, and helped ensure we received our patches in time for our deadline. I could not recommend him and ************** enough! Already looking forward to ordering in the future.

    Will definitely be ordering from Brendan at Patch Junction again! He was super responsive, so helpful with every question, and didn't try to upsell me on anything unnecessary like every other company. One company I got a quote from reached out to see why we didn't order, and after looking at the math Patch Junction came out to a full $130 cheaper for the same thing! Because of such a great price, I was concerned that quality might be off, but when the patches arrived (and quickly!) they were exactly as I hoped and flawless. Highly recommend Patch Junction and hope to do a lot of business with them in the future.

    This was such a great experience! I was dropped by another pin company I found online when I needed a rush order. I found Lapel Pin Junction and reached out to see if they could help me, and immediately was contacted by Brendan. He was so honest and patient with me, let me know he absolutely could do a quick turnaround but not as quick as I needed, and he explained why and how things worked with production (I was really down to the wire after being dropped by the first place - not anyone else's fault). I was so impressed by him that I ended up ordering pins for future use. The proof Brendan sent was beautiful and exactly like my logo. I even made a few size/quantity changes and he was so accommodating and always so quick with everything. From start to finish, I received 150 custom pins in less than 2 full weeks! I waited to write this review until I'd seen the quality of the pins, and let me tell you - they are OUTSTANDING. Beautiful, well made, precise. The colors were perfect, as was everything about them. I highly recommend this company, and enjoyed working with Brendan. We will be repeat customers, for sure!
