      I am requesting (receipt pending) refund for an estimated cost for lawn services that I am forced to pay out of pocket to PROLLC to avoid Deed Restriction violation and to prepare house for sale.

      I have received monies from my church, however, I want to report that another resident 87 year old ******************************* had a similar problem with PRO LLC when she went into the hospital her draft was stopped, not by her, and now consequently, owes a large amount plus "late fees" this is how Pine Run Estates OPS does business. I sent info about ************************************** in a previous complaint; I asked ********************* PRO LLC Ops manager to fire her! Her, and ******************************* has been scamming resident for more than 5 years!! ******* lives on SW 88th Ct. in Pine Run. She said that she has spoken to *********************, but he offers no solution. I am picking up the check from my church on Sunday 3.31.24 and making arrangements for a former ***** ************ Detective - that has worked with ***************** of OPD Seniors vs ************** to ****** me to PRO LLC office, and to make sure that I receive a RECEIPT. I am not re-doing the draft - I will pay directly - they will never TOUCH MY BANK ACCOUNT AGAIN! ******* said she told ********************* PRO LLC Property Manager that they need to REVISE the invoice statement - it's confusing! I said the same in my complaints to him. It should show the previous payment received and the balance owed not just a generalize statement. There are NO RECEIPTS given for anything...this is FRAUD!!

      When I was looking for a home i chose Pine Run Estates because they advertised over 55 community. I purchased my home in october 2021 and in March of 2022 the son of the property 2 houses down got out of jail and right away started renting out the bedrooms to people who are not over 55. My neighbor and myself have had our property rumaged through and items taken but 1 of his tenants. Why are we paying fees for living here and pine run LLC is not on top of this??
