      I wish there was a button for 0 stars cause that's what I would pick due to we bought a 2021 Rubicon jeep from them in May of 2022 while we lived in ******* and we put $ ****** cash down on the jeep and we lately have been wondering why we have not been able to get the loan down and been so far upside down on to even trade it in is because when they did the loan through Santander consumer bank according to the paperwork whoever did the paperwork really screwed us first of all we paid way over window sticker which was not on the jeep we were just told a price and with what they charged us they fudged the numbers and instead of them crediting the $ ****** cash down they added it into the amount which shows us paying $93,000 back to Santander consumer bank with being charged $18,407.52 in interest at ****** a month for 72 months and we wondered why the amount hasn't moved on the jeep is because of them charging us $18,404.52 in interest which they make you pay the interest first,we are going to process this attorney general of ******* and Better Business Bureau of ******* to go after Jenkins of Homosass Florida and Santander consumer bank cause they need to make this right ,they both really took us and someone is going to pay us back.Mske sure you really watch the paperwork cause they made it east to pull the wool over our eyes and took advantage of us ,I will never buy anything from this place and according to the reviews of have read either should anyone else they are crooks,they took our $****** cash and probably split it amongst the crooks. All I can say shame on you cause this has really hurt my credit and Sant6 shouldn't even be in business ,they are just as crooked as Jenkins.

      I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding the service department of Jenkins *** in Gainesville where my vehicle has been inoperable since October. It is now March, and despite my numerous attempts to resolve the situation, my car has still not been fixed.Three months ago, a service technician informed me that my car was in the process of being repaired. However, this information turned out to be false. The service department has yet to receive the necessary part, which remains unapproved by their own warranty department. I was promised that they would take care of the situation and the car would be back to us without anything out of pocket. During this entire period, I have continued to make timely payments on a vehicle that has been out of my possession since shortly after I purchased it. I have also explored the option of trading in the vehicle, but the payment terms offered to me were more than double my current payments, which is not financially feasible.I have repeatedly contacted the service department, yet the status of my car remains unchanged. I have been informed that they have not received any responses from their warranty department, and when I request follow-ups, I am told that additional inquiries could delay their response even further.I have been more than patient throughout this ordeal, but I am now at a loss for what to do next. I respectfully request your assistance in addressing this matter and ensuring that my vehicle is repaired or assisting us in finding a trade at around the same payment. This has been a nightmare of an experience. We had had to rent a car and make payments on this one. I have never submitted a BBB complaint in my life, but I do not feel like there is anyone truly trying to expedite the repair or communicate to reason behind this unreasonable delay. Everyone seems to point the finger at the other ***** I have spoken with warranty and service and gotten nowhere.

      Bad experience for the second time. It looks like any salesperson needs to get some training in customer service. They are very rude, unprofessional, and liars.

      This business sent out a scam letter saying they would pay me full price for my vehicle. Through negotiations they lied and were trying to scam me by reworking the numbers on a trade in. They refused to honor the letter saying they will pay me full MSRP. If anybody is suing them I have the letter saved digitally and am happy to help protect consumers as a witness.

      Had a wonderful experience with the salesman, *****. He was highly knowledgeable, respectful and a decent human being. Thats where the pleasantness stopped. Upon looking at one 2022 and two 2023 GV70s, and selecting the preferred vehicle, we were told that the advertised online price was incorrect and it was actually $6000 more. After several back and forths, ****** the finance manager came in and told us that due to demand they put cars on the website as soon as they are on the lot at market price but that is before they do the service inspection and until the service inspection is complete they dont actually know what price they have to sell the car is so that is why there is a difference in price. I asked when do they change the price or do they just keep the market price online and he just repeated that they have to get the car online as fast as possible. I then shared how *********** was offering the exact same car (same VIN) that Jenkins was offering but also at $6000 less and he said he didnt know how *********** would even have got the listing, which I said thats funny because *********** lists you as a preferred partner, he then said Well, I just signed up with them but I cant sell it at that price. I then asked him how he doesnt consider what they are doing is a bait and switch and ****** just reiterated that they cant really know what the price of the car is until the service inspection. He did try to negotiate on the *********** car, but at that point I said I didnt feel comfortable with what he was describing and I wasnt buying a car from them and then he walked out of the room. Btw, there were 3 other people in the room when ****** admitted that they dont always honor the online pricing. So, if you are buying a brand new car, I have no doubt that its a great experience. If buying pre-owned, buyer beware that the online price is actually real.

      Husband and I purchased a new ***** XC60 in May 2024. We also purchased a Platinum Extended Warranty.The Jenkins ***** Subaru of ***** communications has a lot to be desired.The car we purchased came from ***** - it arrived the Monday not prepped as a new car should be (dirt collected in windshield that if the wipers were activated would scratch the windshield). In addition there was a tear in the leather seat as well as overspray leaving white specs on the exterior of the car. We were told to come back the following Monday. We arrived and waited close to an hour to find out the part should have been ordered (seat) and we would need to leave the car for the overspray. We came back the following Monday as requested. Seat repaired, but the overspray was still apparent. ***** came out and noticed it saying service would call. That never happened. We ended up spending over an hour detailing the car that should have been done by Jenkins as stated by your service mgr. Now, I have tried unsuccessfully, to reach the finance department to request a detail of our extended warranty. Sent email and left message. No one in that department allows for VM. This particular dealership seems to lack customer communication and follow up. We purchased along the same time at ****** and they have been exemplary. I see why there is a one star rating.

      Takes several visits for them to fix problems. Sit waiting for several hours with nothing being done. Even for an Oil Change takes several hours. When Call Hyundai ***, they say , I should be contacted in 2 business days. takes them over a week. When they finally return the call they talk down to you, with a I do not care attitude. When I pointed out the general manager he wanted me to do him a favor. A one star review is more than what they deserve at this point. I even brought dash cam footage of the problem and they still could not figure it out. One of the times I brought my vehicle in and left it for several days the dash cam Micro SD card was re-formated. I have been patient for over 2yrs. done being patient.

      I took my truck in for service because I was smelling coolant. The dealership stated that they would perform a diagnostic and get back with me in a day or so. A few days later I received a phone call stating that a diagnostic was performed and determined it was a hose that goes to the transmission would need to be replaced and the total price would be $742 out the door for everything. I gave them the approval to fix the vehicle. A few hours later I received a phone call from my service rep letting me know that after they replaced the hose they noticed two more hoses that needed to be replaced and now the cost would be $1200. I inquired as to why that was discovered during the initial diagnosis. Ok, they proceeded to replace those hoses and the next day I received another phone call from my service technician stating that now the problem seems to be the thermostat that needs to be replaced and another additional cost. The problem that I have is why should we have to pay all of these additional fees for a mistake on your technicians part. This is not how you conduct business. Now, remind you this is the same dealership replaced my engine nine months ago and never made me aware that the hoses were in bad condition. To be fair, I should only be required to pay the first cost of what I was quoted, if a diagnostic was performed. Now, the question remains- did they really perform a diagnostic or was someone playing the guessing game. This is not how you do business with someone that has longevity with your business. This is not fair! I have never once received a phone call from the manager I only received a phone call from **** and he has been very nice during this whole ordeal. But, its only so much he can do. I would like for this matter to be handled and resolved in the best way possible. Think, how would you feel if this happened to you?

      Classic ***************** cars prices on line very different than on the car lot. Web site shows 2020 Soul @ $18,997 / on the lot it's $25,997 same vin# on line & on lot ! Jenkins Auto Group/ Jenkins KIA ************** **.

      Long story and history with this Dealership. So far I'm dealing with 2 CarFax Fraud issues with ********************** both on the same car A 2018 Z07. First they Remitted telling me when I asked for the Information that there was 2 accidents on the car telling me there was only 1 on the door which I thought was just a paint chip repair. To later find out it was in a Front end accident as they scurried my trades away to auction. Thought I bought the car under ************* ***** but turns out it was **********************. Tried to salvage the badly damaged supercar being I was stuck with it and purchased the parts through GM sent to ********************** unfortunately. They used the parts bought as indicated by GM corporation in a previous BBB to put a 3rd unknown Stike against the cars history. Traded it in at their **** in ************* for a Falsely advertised Truck which I has a butchered lift installed by this dealer. Thought by buying a new vehicle I would have avoided the problems of guessing if I was being lied too. But where there's a will there is a way with Don ********************** whom I've talked to and his so called Lawyer ****. They stole value off the trade with a false Carfax report on a car that I was fixing to recoup value. P.S.A don't buy parts here if they have your VIN and don't like what you say about them. They damaged the new truck by **** jobbing the brake lines left crucial parts off for the suspension put shocks in upside-down had the speedometer 10 percent off making it go faster than known just to name a few. Generally making it a deathtrap for everyone on the road. It was laid up for over 2 months for parts and repairs out of my own pocket costing 10s of thousands. They cut off communication like petulant children when I didn't except Don ********************** offer which wouldn't cover half of what is now owed on repairs plus the suffering they put this Disabled Veterans family through. They marked the Truck up 20 grand for his ********************** Appearance Package. Do yourself a Favor Go someplace else.
