Stetting up the appointment was easy and fast but the email sent to me to pay didnt have the link so I had to call back. The agreement that you sign is confusing because it show all the services they offer not what you are paying for paid for but even with those issues I was 100% satisfied. **** owner is who called me and went over each detail step by step. He answered questions gave me what i felt like his honest opinion and he even returned my call a when I had a few more questions. I will use them again when I ready to purchase a home because of this report being so detailed I pulled out of the contract. Thank you
