      I went to see **** and D'****** at the ********* in ***** and they helped me with everything I needed. He explained all that I needed to do on my land. He was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly.

      I purchased a brand new 30x60 double wide home, cash. The seller is Prestige, and the builder is Nobility. They delivered it, and the moment I inspected the brand new stand up shower, I noticed the floor was hollow and frail. I immediately called and told them I did not feel safe on that. they said it's normal. Within a couple of months, it cracked in numeours areas. I called again. They sent someone, they filled in the cracks. We let it sit for 7 days without use, to make sure it dried. The moment we used it, it cracked again. I called again. they sent two guys to fill it in with foam from the outside. Once it dried, it became lumpy, and started getting new cracks. I called them again, they sent one guy to check. he put pieces of wood under. filled in the cracks. by now the shower looked horrible. the wood made it even lumpier. More cracks. The showercompany, ****, sent some one out twice. They drilled holes from the top, and filled them in with a strong chemical, that i had to open the windows. The holes were filled lower than the shower floor, so they were hard to keep clean. they could not reach the entire floor under due to the foam in some parts. Two years past, of phone calls, aemails, photos, and videos to no avail. I had to hire someone, myself to come take it out and redo the ENTIRE bathroom because of the mold and mildew under the vinyl carpet that climbed, into the subfloor, closet, cabinet, drywall, and insulation. It cost me ********* to repair this master bath. Prestige sent me a check for $434.85. The Warranty did absolutely nothing for me, and they kept pointing the finger at each other. Prestige, Nobilty, and Aqua. Between the three companies, they managed to gather $434.85. Horrible horrible quality, and customer service. Completely inadequate.

      I have had numerous problems with my home. I have a leak in the laundry room that they did come out and repair once, but it is leaking again and they will not return my calls regarding coming back out and fixing it correctly.

      I also did not receive the icemaker I paid for. I have called repeatedly about this and no one is getting back to me.

      Just general poor service and workmanship all the way around.
