      On December 17th I went to Mattress by Appointment to look for a new mattress. I had previously bought one from there 3 yrs ago (was returned and re-issued within first month) and that mattress had gone bad again. ****, the new owner, worked to help me try to get a refund on the mattress but it was not the correct way to go about it and I told him that we were going to go a different direction and buy a "real mattress". While I was in the store that day I did buy a pillow set from him as he said they were really great and he had been selling a lot of them. I tried one of the pillows and thought yes, this may be a great solution to my neck pain while laying on my current mattress. It has been the abosolute worst pillows I have tried. They definitely cause neck pain and for me, headaches. The pillow set also included a sheet set, neck pillow and mattress cover. The sheets and mattress cover are THIN and CHEAP feeling! On January 6, 2025, I wrote **** an email stating: Hey ****! Happy New Year!I wanted to ask you if that pillow package i bought from you can be returned? The pillows are awful. If there is any form etc...I would be happy to get a return on this!!Thank you,****** Sent from my **************** Galaxy smartphone I have not heard back so I started calling their corporate office in **********, **. I called on January 9th and on January 17th. They have taken all my information and not once have I received a call back or email. I told them I would like to get the product back to them and am requesting a refund of $321.00. I am looking for help to resolve this return. Thank you, ****** *****

      I have also called their corporate office and each time they say they will send in the information (through email it seems) and I never receive any correspondence!
