On 1/23/2024 I called the billing department and talked to *************  After going back over my account checking for a credit for 4/25/2023, she said we had a zero balance.  I failed to ask her to send me verification, but I do hope this resolves my issue.

      Thank you.

I have been having problems getting scheduled for injections therapy. I originally had an appointment for November 14, 2023 for the first injection. After waiting over 2 weeks to hear from them that I had been approved by my insurance for the procedure I called them. They told me they sent the referral in and was waiting for the approval. I called my insurance company (Florida Blue) and they told me it was never sent. The agent called the ***** because they did not see the request in the system, ***** told the truth that they hadn't sent it and would send it in. At that point they rescheduled the procedure for December 6, 2023. They informed me that as soon as they got the referral they would call me and move up my appointment and squeeze me in because I told them I was in deep pain. After not hearing anything I called NSQAPC 11/27/23 to find out if they received approval yet and was told no. I called Florida Blue the same day 11/27/23 and they told me it was approved on November 15, 2023 and valid through February 13, ****. So I called back ***** and told them the insurance just told me it was approved. They stated they didn't have it. I told them that I was rescheduled for December 6, 2023 and they then told me that I cancelled the appointment. I told her the appointment was cancelled for 11/14 not `12/6. She got adamant with me that I cancelled it when I didn't. When I told her I would like to speak with a supervisor she disconnected me. When I called back I was told no one was available and took my name and number. I am in pain and I want to find someone else.

I am the wife of ******* *******, I am reporting issues from this office in regards to them not following through with what they say and not returning my phone calls. The first issue was in early Sept, 2023 when I called the office to find out what insurance they accepted because the procedure they wanted to do was not covered under the insurance ******* had at the Surgical Center. It took me three calls to find this out. They said that they sent a note over to the surgical center (you can not call this center). I never received a call back. A week later I made another call to the National Spine and Pain Center ************ and the same thing again, they sent another email message, no response. The following week I called again, It was stated to me that they (the pain center) received a message stating that "the patient was given a list of accepting insurance". I told the person that I spoke to, that this elder abuse and that someone needs to call ME. The next day I received a call and was emailed a list of accepting insurance. I don't know how hard it was for them to call me!I had ********* insurance changed to their accepting insurance and I went with him on October the 19th to set up a procedure. While I was there the Dr. that saw him said that she would set it up for ******* to see the surgeon on his next visit Nov 15th (the old surgeon was no longer there, so he had to see the new surgeon), upon arrival at the National and ***************************** Center it was stated that the surgeon was not there that day. Today is Nov 20, 2023, I have called twice (Nov 17th) asking to speak with the Office Manager regarding this matter. I have not gotten this matter resolved and I am tired of calling this office to get a resolution. Thank You ***************************
