    ON THE 7TH OF NOVEMBER 2024 UPS PICKED UP A PACKAGE FROM MY FRONT DOOR AT 2;51 PM IT WAS POURING DOWN RAIN I HAVE THE ***** OF THE MAN WALKING ACROSS MY YARD. SO ABOUT 4 DAYS GO BY AND THERES NO UPDATE AND INSIDE THIS BOX WAS OVER 10 THOUSAND DOLLARS WOTH OF HAND**** GOING TO THE REAL REAL TO BE SOLD BECAUSE MY FURBABY HAS CANCER AND I NEEDED TO GET THE MONEY TO PAY FOR HIS SURGERY AND THIS COMPANY KNEW THIS. SO AFTER ABOUT THREE HOURS THE SUPERVISOUR OF THE INVESTAGATING TEAM CALLED AND SAID THAT THE PACKAGE WAS LOST. AND THAT THEY TOOK FULL RESPONABILITY AND THE **** WAS ALREADY APPROVED UNTIL THE REAL REAL STEPPED IN AND AT FIRST THEY SAID THAT THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO BUT ONCE THEY SEEN WHAT UPS HAD TOP PAY ME THEY TOOK OVER BECAUSE THEY WILL GET THAT MONEY AND GIVE ME NOTHIG. UPS IS BEING HELD RESPONABLE JUST AS WELL AS THE REAL REAL ALL THE COMPLANITS ON THE REAL REAL ARE AWFUL THAT PLACE IS A SCAM. AND FOR UPS IM SURE THIS HAPPENS ALOT WITH THERE EMPLOYESS. WHAT I EXPECT FROM UPS IS PAYMENT FOR MY **** AND IM THE SHIPPER THE LABEL HAD MY ADDRESS ON IT AND THE REAL REAL DIDNT HAVE INSURANCE ON THE BOX AND THEY KNEW WHAT I WAS SENDING. I EXPECT THE PRICE OF THE **** ARE AS FOLLOW ***** VUITTON THE NEVERFULL BAG---RESALE PRICE IS ********** ************* BAG THE PALLAS MONGRAM BAG ---RESALE PRICE IS---3999.00 COACH BAG AND BANGLE BRACLETTE---RESALE IS ******* THATS WHAT THEY ARE RESPONABLE FOR AS WELL AS THE REAL REAL

    Over the past few months I have had large and small parcels left on my driveway in full view of passing vehicles on SE ************. Easy picking for a fast get away with my parcels. it would take a total of 3 min to place a parcel on my front porch which is out of sight from vehicles passing my driveway I had spoken to one of your drivers a few days ago and showed him pics of the other parcels that were left on the top of my stone pillars at the entrance to my driveway. When are your drivers going to take the extra 3 min to place my parcels on my porch and out of sight of passing drivers?

    EMPLOYEE FALSIFIED COMPANY DOCUMENTS AND DID NOT ATTEMPT A DELIVERY OF MY SHIPMENT. TWO CALLS TO UPS STATED I WOULD RECEIVE A CALL BACK IN AN HOUR. NO CALLBACK HAS BEEN RECEIVED AND IM SITTING ON HOLD FOR MY 3RD CALL IN REGARDING THE ISSUE. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED.

    I have had multiple deliveries from UPS delivered damaged and rotten. I had my secret labs desk delivered and it was gouged, it's a $500+ desk. I had Hello Fresh delivered twice now with rotten food, this last box had exploded ice gel bags like someone played soccer with it. When reaching out to UPS about it, their claims phone no one answers and their online response was "I am truly sorry about this. Although I share your concern and point of view, as a UPS representative, I must inform you that UPS does not provide a protective service for the transportation of perishable commodities or of commodities requiring protection from heat or cold. These items will be accepted for transportation solely at the shipper's risk for any damage arising from the perishable nature of the item. At this point, I would ask you to please report this to the original shipper so they can initiate actions with UPS directly. Again, I am sorry for the huge inconvenience this has caused. - Lisa" which is ridiculous seeing as though Hello Fresh packages it for exactly a 3 day delivery window from Georgia to Florida. They continually deliver late rotten food and will do nothing about it. I'm losing money on shipping every time due to their inability to provide the service they promise and keep blaming everyone but them. Hello Fresh follows all guidelines from the UPS site: Wrap goods to create an airtight seal, insulation for both the box and gel ice packs for the food, the pad the whole box to help with any movement of the items inside and set the deliver day 3 days after shipment to comply with shipping meats/veggies through transit. 18 U.S. Code § 1701 - Obstruction of mails generally: Whoever knowingly and willfully obstructs or retards the passage of the mail, or any carrier or conveyance carrying the mail, shall be fined under this UPS still will not resolve this matter or take any liability for it. My neighbors have had the same issues and are looking to go to court at this point.

    This issue started on 03/27/22. I have sold on ebay for over 5 years. everything i ship through UPS has some type of shipping issue. This time I shipped a pair of Nike Air Jordan 1 retro high court purple size 8.5 shoes. They arrived to the authenticators damaged and were sent back to me. I opened a claim to file for $100 in compensation for damaging my product and was told by 3 different representatives that I had submitted all the correct paperwork and they would take care of the problem. I recieved letters in the mail saying I did not file the proper information even though the information requested, I HAVE SUBMITTED 3 TIMES!!! I am done with UPS. They are the worst shipping company and have no respect or courtesy for their customers. Even items I have purchased I request to be shipped through a different shipping company because througt UPS I have recieved multiple broken items! The first time I had to call UPS about this issue, I was greeted by a very rude individual who said I could not file a claim because***** needed to file a claim. Which of coarse was not the case. This is just another example of how horrible not only their shipping is but their customer service is absolute trash as well. It has been a complete displeasure every using UPS. I just want everyone to know how horrible their services are and when they make a mistake with a shipment what kind of service UPS provides (NO help at all). Also how customers can expect their items to arrive broken every time with no solution or compensation from UPS. To get ahold of a customer service representative is a nightmare as well. You have to stay on the phone saying representative for 10min (not exaggerating) before the automated machine finally transfers you. And no the automated machine provides no help either other than - please file a claim online. Which their online service does not let you file a claim for my situation I explained above.
