  Would give it zero if possible - agree with prior reviews - unprofessional and totally disorganized. We had scheduled service every other month - when tech didn't arrive on time - we called and were told that their scheduling person had left - next problem - price was raised after first service - latest problem - they claim they never received our check - Bank is investigating as check was cleared - maybe their bookkeeper has left as well.The person we dealt with was *** - she is definitely a rude person. We are going to cancel our service and would NOT recommend them to anybody.We are sorry we didn't read these reviews before "hiring" them.

  We re sorry for your dissatisfaction. I did check on the concerns. The first one that the price was raised, but your price is the same as when you started the service in Feb 2024 and has not gone up. The second concern that we have not processed your check. The post office has been hit or miss this year. W did receive the check on Dec 10th after the call on Dec 2nd and your account is up to date and paid in full. We apologize for running late with the services, we are endeavoring to keep things more up to date. Thank you for your patience.

  I was extremely taken back at the lack of professionalism with the company. The representative who answered the phone was pleasant, however, a second lady in the background became loud, condescending, argumentative, and showed a lack of care for her companies reputation. The company claimed they were servicing the property, however, I have time stamp photos that state otherwise. I sent an email expressing my concern to cancel due to the lack of service and they canceled without a phone call or additional information. We paid them $66and some change 6x per year and the lawn was in very poor shape. I asked for a refund or composition for the lack of service and the lady advised the owner would call back and hung up abruptly. This situation should have never lead to a negative review had the lady worked with us and came to a mutual agreement. Rather she allowed her emotions to put her in a fight state of mind and caused a good standing customer to vow never to use and never to recommend her company for any services in the future. At this time we have not heard from the owner.

  I spoke with ****** Friday August 2, 2024 and told her that I would go look at the yard. After talking with her, I was expecting to see a yard that was half dead. I went August 6, 2024, as I promised her I would look at the yard and respond to her concerns. After looking at the yard, the yard overall was in good shape, no major areas of concern. After taking a look at the yard, I called ****** and spoke with her. I apologized for the phone conversation that she heard in the background and told her that I saw no areas that we had failed in the treatments that we were doing. After telling her that, I again apologized for the prior phone call and that was the end of our conversation. I also checked tracking on our truck and it showed that the technician was in fact at that property.

  All I can say is RUDE, LYING, DECEIVING, ARGUMENTATIVE and HORRIBLE SERVICE. DO NOT TRUST! They killed my elderly parents plants, didnt replace, still made them pay for service after employee said was no charge...yelled at my mother when she called about bill!!!! The woman LIED to my mother and said owner came by their house---NEVER HAPPENED!!!! Just terrible company all around, service they sprayed didnt work after several times and overpriced. STAY AWAY!!
