      16 May 2022. Received invoice ********. Requested payment of $70 for irrigation maintenance on 29 Apr.
      17 May, Called Massey Irrigation Customer Care (Angie). Described issue - work identified in the invoice (irrigation maintenance) was not performed, so the invoice is in error. I was told I would receive feedback on how I had been billed when that service had not been performed. No feedback was provided.
      20 May. Emailed Massey Irrigation Customer Care ([email protected]) to request feedback as had been promised on why I had been billed when the service had not been provided.
      11 June. Received invoice ********. Requested payment of $70 for irrigation maintenance on 29 Apr.
      11 June. Called Massey Irrigation Customer Care (Abby). Described issue - work identified in the invoice had not been performed. The invoice is in error. Discussed my previous call and email. I was then told that only the irrigation manager (Mike) could resolve this matter.
      11 June. Called Massey Irrigation Manager Mike and discussed the false invoices that had been received. Mike's first response was to indicate that he could come by the house to "complete" the irrigation maintenance that had been billed in April. I advised that I did not want that to happen and that I wanted the bill to be canceled. Mike assured me that he would resolve the matter.
      11 July. Received invoice ******** requesting payment of $70 for irrigation maintenance on 29 Apr.
      12 July. Called Massey Irrigation manager Mike and left a message requesting a resolution of the bill. The same day, I sent a text to Mike's personal phone number and repeated my request for resolution. No response has been received to date.
