Date: 2024-06-07 Please find the body of the email that I sent to EC Publishing. It is self-explanatory.When I clicked on your website link, it would not open on the Windows 11 platform. A window came up, and It gave a list of actions to allow your website to open. As soon as I took those actions, a virus threat warning came up on the screen, indicating that your website has implantedsevere virus threats onto my computer. Specifically, the threat is identified as: Trojan:Win32/Sabisk.Fl.Alml 2024-06-07 7:14 (Active) I am now running a full virus scan on my computer. If this is your way of gaining trust and doing business, you are severely misled. I will immediately report this to the BBB and file a complaint. How can you possibly claim to be a legitimate company? This is totally unacceptable! Your company reeks of being a gigantic scam.

When considering complaint information, please take into account the company's size and volume of transactions, and understand that the nature of complaints and a firm's responses to them are often more important than the number of complaints.

Customer reviews posted on/after July 5, 2024, will be published indefinitely unless otherwise voluntarily retracted by the user who submitted the content, or BBB no longer believes the review is authentic.
