Iron shield ran an ad for $59 cleaning which turned into almost $1000.00.After ripping my air conditioner apart cleaning for mold they put the piece back in soaking wet which then burn out my blower. He said he would charge me $300 to replace the blower he destroyed because a new one cost $500. He said he was loosing money by giving me one at the cost of $300. Now he is sending me bills to pay the 300. I am not paying to replace a part of my air conditioner that his installer destroyer because he did no know what he was doing. This individual was definitely not qualified to touch anybody's AC unit. I had another AC company come up to fix my unit. They said he should have never taken the unit out and never should have put it back in soaking wet. He clearly was lost doing this job. I had to call him back because the unit was so loud and the smell of electric burning was all through the house. Good thing I was home or my whole system would have been destroyed. ********* needs to take down these fraudulent so called business's. I would appreciate if he would do the right thing and eat the remaing bill as it was they're fault. Never again will I answer an ad like that!

I Have replied to the ****** review that was left last year and attached a snapshot for proof of me trying to resolve the issue. I feel that I have handled the situation in a professional and courteous manner. The $307.00 dollar invoice that auto generated by my CRM has already been credited back to the customer profile and covers the motor that failed a week later due to not having the system properly maintained. I have also attached pictures of the air handler coils and blower motor that were really impacted and completely covered in growth. I will be sending those to the BBB in an email and attaching them to this response as well. The technician that did the work (***********************) has over 8 years of experience and everybody that is employed by Iron shield heating & air goes through extensive training and an initial test at the interview which is conducted by me (The Owner). I am a Veteran in the industry with over 15 years of experience.

    To whom it may concern,

Attached are the files pertaining the customer that filed the complaint for your reference. I have tried multiple times to reach out as the owner of the company with concern and couldn't get anywhere with the customer. If the motor was improperly installed as stated, the motor wouldn't have ran fine for a week. Please let me know if there's anything that I need to do to get this resolved. I know we are one of the best HVAC companies in the area and won't settle for less.

    Thanks, ***************************
