  We purchased an RV Extended Warranty through Eagle Vision RV and later sold our RV. We notified Eagle Vision and electronically signed their cancellation documents. After waiting 5 weeks for our refund on the extended warranty we emailed Eagle Vision on November 9 asking about the status of our refund. The next day they responded, Good afternoon, I will look into this and get back to you. On November 16 (1 week later) we emailed Eagle Vision and asked, Hi, any luck determining when well get our refund? That day Eagle Vision responded, Ok I will check and let you know.On November 22 (another week later) we emailed Eagle Vision and asked, What is the status of the refund? Any updates???? It has been 7 weeks since cancellation documents were signed. That day Eagle Vision responded, Good morning, I have requested an update, I will let you know as soon as I receive it. Sorry for the delay.On November 29 (yet another week later) we emailed Eagle Vision and asked, Another week later, still no update on our refund? Why? That day Eagle Vision responded, i will check with my accountant and get back to you asap! We emailed Eagle Vision again on December 2 and December 5 asking about the status of the refund. Today is December 7 and they still have not responded. It has now been 8 weeks since we signed our cancellation documents and 4 weeks since we first asked Eagle Vision about the status of our refund. Eagle Vision keeps saying theyll look into this but refuse to provide us with information. They now will no longer respond to our emails. The extended warranty issuer states that they cancelled our contract on October 13 and that they informed Eagle Vision they had done so. The warranty issuer also stated that our refund of over $1000 was to be issued by check from Eagle Vision. To date Eagle Vision has not provided us with the status of our refund or our money. WE ADVISE THAT YOU DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH EAGLE VISION RV.

  I have a warranty I purchased through Eagle Vision. I made our first claim and the warranty company denied the claim. I called *****, and he and **** provided assistance helping with resolving the claim issue and then changed me to a company with a much better record of fast service, authorization, and paying claims. I hope to not need to use this new warranty any time soon, but I have confidence that it will be a much better experience. My point here is that they helped me. even long after they had my money and they made certain that I had the right company with great customer service moving forward. I'd not hesitate to work with them if I bought another RV. This is my second review.....the first after the initial sale is below and still holds true....

  They worked with me to find the best policy for my needs and when I needed to file a claim, they were super helpful. I recommend this company.
