    Management staff is anything but respectful, they constantly lie. Don't believe the postings, there are no amenities as advertised. Management will tell you to shut the f*** up if you raise any kind of issue with them. They steal packages and refuse to give you your mail after its been delivered. I had a certified letter finally given to me almost two months after it was delivered and id check the mail every two days. Pool has been closed for 4 years, they took away the included cable that we paid for with rent, but still charge same price. Rates constantly raising while roads are littered with potholes stretching the width of the street. Water randomly gets shut off with no notice. **** has been down 10+ days because they refuse to let any other company in ground that they don't get a kick back from. Absolutely none of the things that are said to be offered are offered. Pool has been closed since we first moved here in October of 2020.
