    Around 4/1/2022, I asked Mr. W*** if it was possible to put and electric awning on my 5th wheel. He said he could with good used parts, from another job, for a deal. No price was given but he had done work for me before so I asked him to start the job. He did the installation, but the awning kept moving from side to side as it went in and out. I had to contact him various times during the next 10 days because my awning was stuck or not working properly. He then informed me I needed a new awning because mine was stretched out, but in the beginning he said my awning was good. I again agreed and he ordered the new awning. I contacted him 4/14,23&26 to find out a status of the awning. He said there were some delays and it was finally installed on May 3rd. On May 7th I received his bill for $1523 ($173 was the new awning), I paid him with check****, which he filled out to cash. At this point I am disappointed with the time it took and the price, the wiring and how quickly he could communicate to get paid but not to fix problems. I have been patient and now(less than 30 days)on May 28 my awning stopped going out, he said he would stop by Sunday. I contacted him Monday May 30th no response, Wed June 1st, my canopy goes out but only halfway. He finally comes by and states that the motor is bad. Please realize that yes it was less than 30 days but also due to weather I only had it out less than 7 days. He ordered a new motor from ****** for over $400 and texted me the amount and I informed him to cancel it, I was done dealing with him. Thankfully, I hired a real company, $100 with $100 service call who said yes it was the motor (incorrect model installed) they ordered it and had it installed and working 5 days later. Upon installation they noticed that the awning was never screwed in with set screws, or old holes caulked so water was leaking in my rv walls. I have requested that Mr. W*** refund me partially: $100 service call/$300 labor/$300 motor. He said no!
