    I share a driveway with my neighbor, so we hired Construction Materials Asphalt & Seal Coating, Brian D******** (Owner) to put a new asphalt driveway between our houses and for mine they also did my circle driveway. The area between our houses is in bad shape and its been less than a year since they did the paving. I ended up paying the final payment because they promised me they were coming back the next day to fix all the areas I did not like. They never returned. My neighbor did the same thing. We both called them and when I called them the brother of the wife, I believe he was, came out and went over everything and said as soon as they go9t more asphalt they would be back. They kept putting us off, saying they were either coming and then didn't show or that they were trying to get more asphalt. They told me this driveway would last 30 years that's why I agreed to pay them. My neighbors have filed a lawsuit and I'm about to do the same thing if they don't either come fix it or refund at least half of my money so I can hire someone else to fix it. The quote I got to fix it is higher than the price to have it done in the first place because they said they have to remove the layer of bad asphalt this company put down before laying new asphalt. I would like them to either come fix my driveway or refund at least half of the $9,200.00 cash I paid them.
