      Absolutely worst experience I've ever had at a laundromat for broken dryers later 2 hours later on my only day off and then to find out I can't get a refund by swiping a card I get you don't have money cash behind the counter but corporate should be providing them a card to swipe for people that have broken dryers and then to not even have them put up a broken sign on the ones that were broken because they knew it because I told them and then to watch another customer go ahead and do the same thing after the fact and I stop them at least at the point that they wouldn't waste any more time and offered them the three dryers that I found that worked after the five that I use that didn't and they were rude to my mother there was one girl there named princess who was lovely and the other one was rude and nasty spoke to my mother like she was her pet dog it's not the money I want satisfaction for the fact that you've taken two hours of my life away that was completely unnecessary I'm not sure what recourse I'm going to get for this I'm not broke but some people are and would have swiped their card and then found out after the fact like I did maybe that was their last 12 dollars what do they do go home with wet laundry? Or choose behind getting dry laundry or having dinner that night this is the most horrific place I've ever seen it was dirty and nasty and I have already contacted corporate.
