    Easy Green was hired to treat My lawn, fertelize and such. They were suppose to come out on Friday 9/29/2023. They never came. They called said they would be here Monday, and I was there 6th stop. They said they were here at 4:53pm till after 5pm. At 5pm i was looking out my front windows and no one was out in my front yard doing any thing.

    Hello as explained on next door our trucks have GPS location which tells
    us when, where and what was done on the property.   We had multiple
    people defend our work on Nextdoor where you posted your false
    accusations.  This was your 6th treatment and final treatment and this
    is the 4th time you have accused of us not showing up. All because we
    could not be at your house at the exact time you expected  You always
    get a notification letting you know when we are coming.  The only reason
    we had to reschedule was due to your lawn being extremely drought
    stressed which was due to your irrigation system not working.  You then
    called threatening to sue us because we did not treat in your time frame
    you expected.  We did not give you an exact time of day we would be
    coming so I am not sure what the 6th house has to do with a time frame
    of
    what you are expecting.   Just like I tried to explain over the
    phone(which got no where as you started screaming at me)our trucks have
    GPS
    location of when, where and what was done on the property.  I also spoke
    with the technician he explained what was treated the lawn and
    described what he did in the work order notes. He would he would not risk
    his employment over a 20 min job.  I have attached the completed work
    order that was emailed to you at the time of service, it has the day and
    time frame the service was done.   If you would like to review the work
    order and the screen shot of the GPS coordinates it shows the service
    vehicle
    sitting in front of your house for 23 mins.  I am not sure why you
    think we would risk ruining our reputation of over 10 years for $68.  I
    have also
    attached pictures taken today of the sedge grass that is
    starting to yellow and die which null and voids your statement of us not
    showing up.  I will not be issuing any refund what so ever as we did
    what we the service.
