      I purchased my horse trailer brand new in May 2022 for $21,000. Had problems with black streaks from roof down the sides. They told me to buy "black streak remover" we did, followed directions, still no luck getting streaks off. Called NRS trailers, who I bought from, told me to file a warranty claim. I have attached my email from them. The way I read it, it seemed approved. Followed their email direction, got an estimate for streak removal, I have attached quote, for $535 they will buff it out and feel streaks will come off with machine.
      submit all this and now they are denying my claim. I am super clean about my trailer, I always wash it outside and inside. I am very disappointed in this company not standing behind their product.
      I would appreciate any help, you can give me. Thank you,
