    ***** of R&J Tree Surgeons was hired by my wife and me on 3-7-2025. He was to cut down 2 trees and clean up all debris, after cutting a few large limbs He came to the door and ask for a down payment. After the down payment ***** and the lady that works for him went to his truck never to be seen again. 12 trunk loads and 3 days later a friend and myself cleaned up his mess. Stay away from this person he's a *****.

    ***** AND A FEMALE NAME UNKNOWN STOPPED BY MY HOUSE TO SOLICIT TREE CUTTING.HE LEFT HIS PHONE NUMBER WITH MY WIFE .I CALLED HIM THE NEXT DAY AND TOLD HIM WHAT I WANTED DONE...I ASKED HIM TO SHOW ME INSURANCE AND WAS UNABLE TO DO SO..WE AGREED ON A PRICE AND I TOLD HIM I WOULD PAY HIM UPON COMPLETION OF THE WORK . HE DID APPROX ONE-HALF OF WHAT I WANTED DONE AND TOLD ME HIS CHAINSAW BROKE. THIS WAS ON A THURSDAY. HE TOLD ME HE WOULD BE BACK ON FRIDAY AND IF HE COULDN"T MAKE IT HE WOULD CALL AND COME ON SATURDAY FOR SURE. HE ASKED FOR 350.OO OF THE AGREED UPON PRICE (******) . I OFFERED 200,00 AND WE SETTLED ON ******. . TODAY IS WEDNESDAY AND I HAVE NOT HEARD A WORD FROM *****.....MY ADVICE IS NOT TO HIRE THIS MAN FOR ANYTHING HE IS NOT A MAN OF HIS WORD,THIS WORK WAS DONE IN OAK RUN WHICH IS A GATED COMMUNITY AND I DON'T KNOW HOW HE EVEN GOT IN....

    Randy dies excellent work. He has trimmed the tree on our lot several times. He explains what should be done & why. No pressuring at all. He completes the work that he said he would do, checks with us halfway through to see if he’s doing what we wanted and cleans the work area thoroughly. Then he comes back again to us to ensure that we are pleased with the work he has done before accepting payment. If we were dissatisfied he would make it right. But we have never been dissatisfied! Randy is a hard worker, honest, does what he’s hired to do and at a fair price. We highly recommend Randy at R& J Tree Service!
