    On June 25,2022 I purchased a dump picked the truck up again on the way home it broke down again they had the wrong belt on so ot popped then the abs light was on so they had us to have it checked they pulled other parts off different vehicles to patch my truck up just so they could make a sale which they put my husband life in danger by doing that they are not willing to pay for everything o have not yet been able to go to work at this point I may not have a job

    May this letter serve as a notice for complaint # ******** of which an "as is" vehicle was sold to ***** ***** under company *********************************t LLC. Prior to purchase client sent P&S mobile repair a third party to inspect vehicle. Once purchaser confirmed repairs and purchase was complete the unit was in route to Jacksonville FL of which the bearings within the fan pully froze and caused damage to the unit. Impex in good will allocated a tow truck and covered full expense of $1,500.00 to **************** of
    Jacksonville. Once there the unit was assessed and damages totaled $8,500.00 of which Impex authorized the payment of $8,083.00 covering 95% of the expenses. Impex did not cover the remaining balance of $400.00 as client added items to the invoice of which had nothing to do with the damages from pully going out on fan belt.
    Please understand that this is a small business, while Impex International Truck Sales, Inc strive to provide the highest level of products and customer service at competitive prices, a
    normal wear and tear part is no ones fault as there is no clear timeline when one such part may go out.

    I don't agree with the company I never added anything on also normal year is after you have had the vehicle not soon as you drive off the lot and fluid from everywhere go pouring out so please do not close this case
