I had a water claim in 2023. Servpro of Ocala FL remediated the damage. Approx two month later I received a bill/invoice from Ocala Servpro from ******* ******* for over 4200$. I called and she, the manger told me she had not been paid and if she had the payment she was too busy to look because she had too many emails. I got Corporate Servpro involved, I spoke with a gentleman who's name I do not recall. Within two days ******* found the funds and matter lay to rest. Since then I have now received two new invoices from Ocala Servpro with different dates. I contacted her 11/6/24 and she stated that I still owe and that she was never paid. Travelers insurance already paid this fee with a check within one week of services. This was verified and put to rest. Now I am being harassed again and have only a limited number of avenues to proceed with unless this harassment does not end. ******* does not care anything about doing her job and quite frankly should not be in any position of management if she cannot handle account and their payments. Please investigate this matter and lay it to rest because it escalates as I am to my wits end with her. She is clueless, rude and unprofessional and does not understand when I tell her that she has simply put a new invoice date on the paper and sent it out again. I will go further if needed. I am asking for you to step in and solve this before it gets out of hand. I have contacted travelers, the better business bureau, my claims adjuster and have all the info I need. ******* is clearly too busy to do her books and or expecting people to forget they paid and collect more. Please step in.

Called Servpro when we discovered we had a leak in some windows that came through the drywall in March 2024. Waited all day they never came out. We hooked up our own personal fans and blowers to dry out the area. They randomly came the next day and dropped off their equipment that we stated we no longer needed because the area was already dry since they never showed up. They said they would call their manager and left. The next day they came back to pick up said equipment and then sent us a bill for $700 for using their blowers. WE NEVER USED THEIR BLOWERS, THEY DIDNT COME THE DAY WE ASKED AND HANDLED IT OURSELVES. Why would I pay $700 and be threatened by the manager ******* that she's sending this to collections, when we didn't use their service because they didn't show up. Its clear they played "dumb" pretending to "get in contact with their manager" and to leave the equipment to cover up they forgot to come to our house and yet charge us, absolutely not.
