      I contacted Sunshine Water Systems and asked them to work on my water softener and told them that it was filling up with water and would not drain.On Nov 7 2023 they came to work on the unit. ****** the tech checked the unit and said the unit had some by pass 0 rings that were leaking and that should solve my problem. He suggested that it would be a good idea to clean the unit so I told him to go ahead an do that.The unit continued to fill up with water so I called to let them know that it was still filling with water. No one answered so I left a message. I never received a return call so I called again and left a message and no one responded. I did this 4 times with no response!That is where I am today.

      Here at Sunshine Water Systems we value our customer service as a high priority. I received two messages from **************** which were followed up with phone calls to that customer. Each time I called it never rang just went straight to voice mail. The morning that **************** made this complaint, I called and again it went straight to voice mail and I left a message stating that I was trying to contact him but could never get his phone to ring? Later that day **************** called the office and we finally were able to speak to one another. I explained to him that I had tried multiple times to contact him and apologized for not being more vigilant in leaving more messages but I was trying to extend proper customer service to him and his concerns were highly valued by our company. After explaining the situation with him, he then relayed to me that he had filed a complaint because he thought we were just not returning his phone calls. Again I apologized for any confusion and promptly put **************** on our schedule to address the issues he was experiencing with his water softener. I am happy to report that on December 15th we had ************** repair the o-ring on his unit and stop the leaking issue **************** was experiencing. I also ensured him that I would be more vigilante in leaving messages with each phone call. I believe we have addressed each and all concerns regarding this complaint and look forward to providing **************** with the best customer service possible.
