    We had signed a contract for new windows for our house and also for 2 new sliding patio doors. We paid half of the cost $5,777.00 on 6/26/20224. We were told the windows would take 8 weeks to manufacture which would have been about mid September. I would call and email my contact and was told the manufacturer is back logged. When I had contact with ******* in November she said she would have a ship date from manufacturer in 2 weeks. Never heard from here about a ship date. Today, 12/5/24 I get an email that the company has gone out of business. Called the phone # that was in email to contact and was told I would get a call back and of course nothing. Please help.

    We purchased the franchise and received all of the information not until late November. We have an appointment scheduled with you with one of our sales associates tonight 1/3/24 at 6pm. We are hoping to have your windows measured and ordered and we should have them within 2-3 weeks with install within 2 weeks of that date.

    The information seems to be invalid, I haven't been able to contact them. I also noticed that the owner of the local branch, **** *****, has a history of similar actions and a large number of complaints through the BBB as seen in the link below.

    ****, We just purchased the EcoView Franchise and received all of the information the first of December. We also collected the past inventory, however the old EcoView owners did not measure most of the windows correctly. We came out on December 4th to remeasure the windows. We are currently waiting on the shipment of the windows. We have been in communication with this information.  And everyone deserves a 2nd chance. We understand your concern, however we have measures in place for protections of the client. We are just waiting on your windows to come in so they can be installed.  Because of the different Holidays starting with Thanksgiving through New Years production has been slower from the manufacturer.
