    The work was done from September 23 to October *******. Cost was about $2800. They were trimming the trees first then cutting down a palm tree. It was all supposed to be done and cleared in one day, due to technical issues with the machines and not bringing a large enough dumpster it ended up taking longer. They left ant infested branches by the house for days, which I ended up having to move those away. When cutting the palm tree on October 11th it feel onto the house structure causing damages. Was told he (the owner of the company *****) would fix or get somebody else to fix and he would pay or the insurance would. When it was shown to be out of his ability he recommended a company, which was called for an estimate, he responded no it was too expensive and he would do it himself. I have yet to hear back, I have tried calling and texting, it's been over 4 weeks with no solution to the damages. He also never gave a receipt even after I had asked for one. Attached the the photos are: the estimate that was refused, the photo from their ******** that the property was worked at, picture of one of the piles that was left and I had to remove, the property before the damage happened, of the business card, pictures of the damage from different angles and pictures of texts saying he will come out to work, left debris and having trying to have it fixed. It's not fixed yet nor an updates on how he plans to go about this. With how this has been going on I have concerns if they are actually licensed or insured cause that was a factor in choosing them.

    I have insurance which I provided a copy of before I started the job. I also offered to fix it and they insisted on having someone else repair the damage. They were not willing to go through my insurance which I pay for every month for accidents like this. They want me to come out of pocket for the repairs which I do not do. All they have to do is submit a claim on my business insurance.

    I am rejecting this response because: I have not seen or received any information to contact the business insurance, beyond the business card stating that they are insured. In text message I was recommended to use Whites Aluminum to fix or that the business would do in house which they said they could not do. Attached is the text exchange saying that it could not be done in house by ** and suggested going to a specific company. After this I was never recommended to go to another company, just after receiving estimate was told too expensive.

    I filed a claim with my insurance, since I never received the company's insurance information to file through, which will raise my rates. Clearly this company is trying to drag this out and I just want to get this fixed.
