      Burger King on *************. We were a drive thru order, order #** today, and paid via app. We were skipped over, waited over 20 minutes to receive. We had to get out in the pouring rain, go to the counter and show receipt. They forgot, working on 98 and 99, skipped **. Complaints from sandwich makers in the back, they didn't want to make the rodeo burger. Front counter associate was sweet and gave my special needs adult son cookies for the long wait. Sandwich maker in the back complained they needed to go in the back to get more meat, but there was meat there. There was eye rolling. 21 minutes later, the was the rodeo burger, rest of the food was cold, and my husband was afraid to eat the rodeo burger we paid for because why did they need to take it to the back and where???

      This location is horrible. Nobody is contacting me after setting two complaints. My last 3 visits were horrible. First, They forgot cheese on my cheese burger but I let it slide. Second, their milkshake machine were down but they gave me something else in return so I let that slide. My most recent and will be last visit, they gave me someone elses order and I couldnt get an employees attention because they walked away from the window so fast.

      This complaint is about the Burger King on ******************************************. how is it? I came to your drive-through to get the seven dollar trio and when I ordered my drink, I asked a Sprite no ice please and the lady told me I had to get light ice and I said why because the manager said I had to get light ice when the f*** did that become a policy. With business is going out of business every day you would think they let you get what you want, but Ive never heard this s*** before Im my life. I would give zero to zero stars Im not allowed to do that. Its funny how they gave me the receipt, but I dont have an order number to make a complaint on **************************.

      After clearly stating I wanted a regular order, my meal was upgraded without my knowlege and charged to my credit card. Having had this happen to me before I knew to check the receipt and once again I see an upcharge to a medium meal when I clearly stated regualr. This happens often at fast food chains, and especially this one.
