    10/09/23 Text discussion with owner *********************** requesting house main line sewer backup repair. Used business previously got receipt but didn't get one this time. Requested proof of rental of a machine that I paid for as part of quote to unclog main line and a receipt for services provided. Called where machine was supposedly rented & machine didn't cost what was quoted. Saw drain cleaner ************* was here when service supposedly provided & said owner only here 10 mins, didn't have work van only *** car, didn't see machine used outside, couldn't have put machine in car to do job, sewer cleaner jugs suggested didn't do line work quoted or agreed to only used sewer cleaner & not given proof of rental machine still included in price charged & paid for services. Basically told that the job was done so I don't need any further information. This is not what I agreed to. I trusted them from the previous service and to this date I still have none of this info. Paid $400 up front was trustworthy last time not this time. Said would refund portion since felt charged for machine not used & no refund given. 10 attempts to contact no replies. Threatened civil court no reply. Want $150 owner agreed i would be reimbursed. Want *************** for services that were supposedly provided since I feel I was scammed. No account or tracking number because didn't receive receipt. Looked up person's business licensure. Couldn't find it. You cannot do work under a license that does not exist. That is fraudulent. Taking my money without providing proof of services completed is fraudulent and unethical. I want others to be warned and I want my refund.
