On Saturday October 7, 2023 afternoon I was stopped at a red light at the intersection of Sunset Harbour and 441 In Summerfield, Florida. All of a sudden I heard what sounded like a gun shot. My son said mom that guy busted your back window. I proceeded to turn around and my drivers side back passenger window was completely shattered with glass pieces falling into my car . I proceeded to pull over when the gentlemen behind me stopped and said I saw that rock shoot up and crash your car. Apparently, one hit his car but he had no damage luckily. His name is ****** ***** and offered to be my witness, I have his phone number,. The Groundtek worker proceeded to call his boss named Johnathan B****** and Johnathan came out to seen. We called the police and filed a report and we both took pictures. He explained something like this happened a few months before but everyone left the seen and it was a big mess. We all stayed until the sheriffs came. The sheriff who was named H. C***** and she gave us an incident number **********. I had my window replaced with Safellite on Monday October 9, 2023 and the cost was $ 411.82. I emailed Johnathan on October 10, 2023 and he said he was working on the paperwork. On October 12, 2023 he said he had submitted all the paperwork and if he heard anything he would let me know. I have heard nothing since and have had no reimbursement. This accident was caused by their worker and it is ridiculous I have not been contacted or reimbursed yet.
