      Paradise Grills is paradise to work with/- Luis Leon was personable, knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. He made it a seamless and pleasurable experience. My grill island is stunning and gets so many compliments on the beautiful countertops and quality materials. Very happy

      Best customer service by the most knowledgeable people! After months of owning our kitchen, a grill light went off. Emdry went out of his way to deliver and install a tiny fuse to ensure our barbecue lights functioned correctly. So grateful to him for his thoughtfulness!

      I don't rarely do reviews but I just have to say how happy me and my family are with our purchase with of the outdoor kitchen ! At first I was thinking waste of money but when I spoke to Endri ******* he convinced me it's a great investment , and surely it was ! Weekends have been great in the yard

      Only but problems. Motor never worked after 2 months. Countertop is chipping and cracking with chunks coming off after 1 year and 1 month. Worst customer service. Once they collect your money they don't care about the junk they sold you.

      The customer's countertop is outside of the one year warranty. The customer is able to purchase a new counter or we have offered to repair it. The TV motor mount was fixed during a service call. We are unaware of an existing issue with the TV mount and will be in touch with the customer regarding this.

      That's why they give you a 1 year warranty on a countertop. They know the quality is of poor material and workmanship. A countertop should chip off chunks after 1 year and a couple of months. They sell you poor quality for very high prices and after you purchase they don't care. Please read there other reviews. I certainly would recommend in purchasing from them if I was a consumer.

      They offer you a year warranty on the countertop as they know the quality and workmanship is of poor quality. I would not be making comments here if I am a satisfied customer. Outdoor kitchen tabletops shouldn't chip and crack after a 1 year and 2 months. If I was a consumer I would look elsewhere. Once they have you purchase they just treat you like someone they don't care about. Poor quality kitchens. There's lots of complaints about Paraddise Kitchens.

      My husband and I had a great experience at the Fort Worth location. Ana Maria helped us find the perfect grill for our outdoor space. She walked us through the different options of grills/models and was very informative throughout this process.
