      Super nice store, super nice selection, and great customer service. Joseph **** at Windermere helped me look at all sorts of units and got some really good deals on them. Definitely the best grill outlet in town!

      Amazing service! Went to the one on Windermere. Got amazing service from Joseph. He was very knowledgeable and understood a lot about the units. He also had amazing deals. Paradise grills has is an amazing place to get the best outdoor kitchens

      my outdoor kitchen. I am impressed with the quality of
      the components offered and I am especially impressed
      with the very helpful and courteous manner in which my
      purchase was handled. I recommend Paradise Grills
      without hesitation.

      We purchased an outdoor kitchen and bar. When we initially purchased the items, and set up the delivery date, it was fine. Three days prior to delivery, we had a tornado hit our patio and we called to let them know we needed to change our delivery date. They refused to change the date, unless we wanted to pay $500, and we had to store the items in our shop. Eventually, the items were delivered and set up on our patio. After a windy afternoon, the entire bar fell over and cracked the top. We were incredibly surprised it could even fall over. We knew we would probably have to pay something to replace the top. When discussing with their customer service they talked about the leveling legs would need to be adjusted. We then wondered if the legs were installed/adjusted correctly. When discussing with them, they take no responsibility in any of it, and stated we had to pay the full price to cover the counter. While waiting for the new top, the bar fell over again, and we discussed again the possibility of faulty legs or installment. They agreed to replace the legs but still have us pay another $2,400 for the top! We are stuck paying but I would never do business with this company. Quick to take money, but poor service.

      Great grill set ups and great customer service. Eric Sauthoff at the UTC store was very knowledgeable and helpful. We love the unit we purchased.

      I want to just say I had a spectacular experience with the location in King of prussia,PA. Worked with Kevin on securing a massive deal. I must admit I was afraid due to all the reviews out there but after dealing with these guys I highly recommend the company! I love my grill from Paradise Grills!

      Excellent Service here! We met with Fulton ******, who may be my distant relative! ?? He did a great job! We let him know that we are in the market for a new home and plan to have an outdoor entertainment area this time. Fulton listened closely to everything we were thinking, made some great suggestions and showed a clear understanding of the variety of products that Paradise Grills offer. Great place to shop for an outdoor grill/entertainment area! ** *** *** ******* **** *** **** *** ****** **** **** **** 5 STARS!!!
