      Excellent staff and beautiful showroom! We absolutely love our kitchen and will be coming back when we move into our new house! Go see Garrett! He was attentive and answered all of our questions!

      Went to the Hoover Alabama location yesterday. Wow! This stuff is beautiful and built amazingly. We are redoing our patio and had not really considered an outdoor kitchen until we saw these. I wish I had more room to work with. I would love to get the Tiki Bar setup.

      We had a great experience from when we walked in the door and straight through to delivery and set up! We worked with Jonathan at Palm Beach Gardens store. We walked in curious about the product and he schooled us all about it. Went home to measure 3 times to be sure it would work for us. The next day he greeted us and told us about all the accessories and what package deals they had. We ended up getting both packages. He explained what to look for and expect on delivery day. Today, 5 days after we placed our order ,everything was delivered and set up! It’s more amazing than I anticipated. They were very professional and clean. Great experience all the way around! A+

      Complete waste of a company. Our home had an outdoor kitchen from Paradise when we moved in that was less than 2 years old. The grill had a recall so we called to schedule service. Four times they didn't show. FOUR SEPARATE OCCASIONS. Each time we have had confirmation texts and phone calls and each time they don't show up. This is a huge safety concern since apparently the grills aren't safe according to the safety notice on their website. So now we have a worthless $2500 grill installed that we can't even use. I'm ripping it out and putting in a different grill. Save your time and money. This company is a joke who clearly doesn't care about their customers.

      Dropped in to Paradise Grill’s Clermont last week for a look around as we had not been over in the USA since February 2020.
      What a wealth of knowledge Adam has for Paradise Grill’s products but is pleasant and knowledgeable in cooking and grilling skills too.
      Came away with a lot to ponder over and will likely go for a griddle next time we’re up the Highway 50.
      Highly recommend their outdoor kitchens and grills.
      Love our kitchen grill.
      Highly recommend Adam for sales and great advice.

      Stopped by the new gallery in Winter Garden. Chris was extremely helpful in helping my wife and I design our own piece of Paradise. I highly recommend stopping by if you’re looking to do an outdoor kitchen or even a sweet Tiki Hut. They have some Beautiful products.

      Starting from the showroom, the store was very inviting, staff were excellent and really helpful during the process of selecting the right bar and bbq set. The delivery was quick, the team that assembled the units were very professionals and helpful. Having two refrigerators and a wine cooler is a plus. My family and I have been enjoying our weekends doing BBQ’s with our favorite wine collection. Special thanks to Rafa ******** who was amazing.
