      We recently bought a grill from Paradise Grills. Luis was excellent to work with. He's very personable and knowledgeable. He explained everything thoroughly and was very patient as we asked lots of questions! Also, If we reached out to Luis he always returned a call or a text almost immediately. I would recommend working with Luis.

      I passed by the Doral location today thinking it was a fancy restaurant but then I realized is an awesome showroom lots of things perfect to have in the patio. Rafael received me, he was super attentive and very knowledgeable of the product, I will be back as soon as I have the space for something like this.

      I purchased outdoor kitchen at the Windermere location. Ian Egan and staff were very helpful and provided me with options within my budget. I was impressed with the quality and beauty and service. They have followed up with regard to delivery and info needed for installation purposes. I cannot wait for delivery date. I purchased the GX and the St Thomas - both are are beautiful.

      By the way if you are just thinking of purchasing and are concerned about pushy salesman.... well not at the Windermere location, you will just get knowledgeable sales person. I got the info that I asked for and answers to questions I would have asked had I more knowledge of how they are built. I was showed behind/inside, given proper names so I could google and see if other sources description is the same. And because of that - my husband and I felt comfortable purchasing from Ian at Windermere.

      Oh and if service is your thing ....maybe you will like the fact that I am still asking questions and I get timely responses and I'm texting Ian's cell! That is what is called Service Excellence!

      As an outdoor landscape/backyard designer for many years, having the great product at Paradise Grills has been a large help. There is never any hard push selling.

      Stopped by the new Winter Garden gallery and couldn't be more impressed. The staff was super helpful and friendly. Brandon was extremely knowledgable when it came to the product. I highly recommend Paradise Grills for your outdoor needs.

      From the beginning, In October 2022, we decided to invest in a grilled. The best place was paradise grills. Oh my gosh the workers there helped us measure and picked what we wanted. Most of all the customer service was excellent. I need to mentioned Jon and Joey. I had a question about our grill and they both showed me what to do and what I needed. They went above and beyond to help me. This kind of customer service will make purchased more things from paradise grills.

      This place is for me and it should be for you!!!!

      My husband and I went to The Woodlands location to find an outdoor kitchen for our new home. Brenda was amazing, she was so patient, answered all of our questions and helped us through the entire process! We can’t wait to enjoy our new outdoor kitchen!

      We had excellent service from beginning to end. Rick was great at answering all our questions prior to purchasing and all the way to installation. The installation crew who came were super professional and worked hard to get it all completed. So far we have really enjoyed all elements or our outdoor kitchen.
