      My Maui 12 is two months old and one of the brackets that hold the foot rail is pitted and rusting already. Emailed the customer service manager to have them address the issue and she responded that “ it’s not covered under warranty because it’s outside and uncovered”. I’m not making this up, but it is an outdoor product! Does this make sense to anyone?

      The sales team at Paradise grills in Bonita Springs were friendly, informative and helpful throughout the sales process. They knew the merchandise well and helpful in putting together a package of what we were looking for. Both Troy ****** and Les ***** at the Bonita Springs sales showroom friendly, knowledgeable and informative. We hope the installation and longer term service and enjoyment of the products purchased are as good.

      Went down to the commons in bonita springs and was showed around by Troy. He was very helpful in differentiating the options between the 3 outdoor setups we liked. We definitely will come back if we need that upgrade.

      We love our new Paradise Grills outdoor kitchen. We shopped around and received multiple quotes for a custom built outdoor kitchen but no one else could come close on quality or beat the price. Amy at the Katy showroom was extremely knowledgeable and patient. She answered all of our questions and helped us get a great deal!

      Purchased a grill and hibachi combo this month. Our experience at the Pompano location with Bud and Jonathan was great. Very friendly and non-pressured experience. Scheduling and delivery of unit was seamless. Just ordered grill and hibachi covers via Matt who was very responsive.

      Patrick ****** made my expereince/visit extremely enjoyable was extremely knowledgeable and answered all questions I had about appliancees at the location. I will definitely be recommending this location and this representative to all those I know that are looking for outdoor kitchen sets. Thank you Patrick for all you did and when I'm in the market again I will be revisiting!
