  On a Sunday, I took my 4 year old here after he earned it. We make it to the station where you recharge your card, and only then were we informed that "everything was down". No one apologized. I asked why they even let us in, why its unlocked, as they may be "open", but they got his hopes up all the way TO the machines. He's been heartbroken since because it was his favorite place on earth.By the following Wednesday, no apologies have come from corporate. No offers to make it right. No suggestion on how this can be made better for the child who now makes me take an alternate route home from VPK so he doesn't have to see "the bullies" at Gametime. His words, not mine.The word from the lady in corporate about it all? Basically, she said that it's my job to get him to trust THEM again, and then, and I'm quoting "we promise the same level of service for your child as the previous visit."Uh... WHAT? No apologies, and a promise that it'll happen again? Avoid this place like the plague. They broke a kids heart, don't care, and are being smug about it. If that sounds like your idea of a good time? Gametime Ocoee is your destination. I'm beyond appalled.Here's excerpts from the corporate email and how they're talking about/around their accountability: "Your email/negative post is far from the truth."; "As a regular practice we dont engage with children..." (this is wholly untrue as he's been spoken to by GameTime employees each visit, especially at the checkout counter); "Maybe you really should question how you handle situations and what you are teaching your child in your actions. Life is far from perfect, its more about what we make it, then what we want other people to make it for us." There were some claims I was just trying to get freebies. THIS is how far they'll go to not say sorry to a child. By the Sunday afterwards? After a promise to apologize to my child? I told him. Then? THEY CALLED TO RESCIND THE OFFER AND BROKE HIS HEART A SECOND TIME. AVOID.

  Establishment is out of order , little to no staff , and the manager was extremely rude . Today is my nieces birthday we arrived at the spot at about 11 am . Immediately arriving we tried to get a table the manager stepped in saying they don't open the booths till 2 pm so we told him we'll take the kids to eat somewhere else and then come back to play games . We left for a reasonable time almost 2 hours and arrived back at gametime about 1:20 we let the lady at the front know we returned so that we could get a table . Again the manager stepped in from nowhere complaining that they don't have any staff and I reiterated to him that we were here earlier with a party of 16 and that we just wanted a booth to place the cake and gifts down until they were prepared to serve our party . We spent over $500.00 on game cards for the kids and then after a short while we decided to have cake . The manager started getting angry because all the kids sat at the table and then when we asked for plates and forks he said that it would be 2 hours before we get any type of service and spoke very disrespectfully to my Cousin and I . This was my first time here and I will never recommend this place to anyone I know . This is one of the worst establishments in the area .
