I have heard so many other peoples testimonies on their experience. I also attended the multifamily mindset and was done the exact same way. I think they are one of the biggest scammers out there and they take your money and give you hopes that you could be financially free one day, but its a scam, all they wanna do is get you there talk about how many boats they have or how many trips they have gone on.I would just love my money back. Thanks for nothing Multifamily mindset, Mr. ******

Yeah, my husband and I attended the free event on Saturday 8/31/24, they were trying hard to get the point across about how you don't have to use your own money just find private investors and use their sponsor the main one being their boss *****, anyways long story short it's a pyramid scheme they wanted ***** for a three-day course promising all of these great key tactics you'll learn to get you started with multifamily investing we didn't buy the story and left... after the event, we ran into some people who were associated with working alongside them in the past and they did not recommend and was very truth-telling from looking these reviews not to mention it was told to us that they often start sponsoring you and then pull out of the deal to leave you stranded and broke smh, if you ever see their ad block it or keep scrolling

Saw an ad on ******** . We attend the free training on a Saturday in the state near me. The information they gave was u dont have to put your own money in the business of becoming a multi family home owner we have sponsors..They went on to tell us about the business and said we have a three day seminar that will give you ALL the information and details you dont to use your own money or credit we have sponsors . We attend the three day workshop which was $1,497. The first day was cool they gave out information and told us they had a mentor program for $39,997 which everyone thought was optional. The second day of class they gave us a paper and told us to fill it out will ALL our information on it. ( job salary, 401k information, how much u had in your savings, checking accounts or any other accounts you have , and credit score) then after went into more detail of the $39,997 stating we cant be apart of their community unless we paid the money. The company is very missing leading and legit scammers who scam hard working people out their hard working money making them think that they will become extremely wealthy, but the bottom line if they dont have thousands or millions to invest in their own deals they have lost ****** trying to make a better living for themselves but making these folks richer..

We went to a free 2-hour event where **** provided good info and did a great job, making us want to learn more. He offered a 3-dayCourse for ***** for 2 people, outlining everything we would be taught, which seemed like a good price so we enrolled. 3-day course, *** was the speaker, and "strategists" Dj,Cyndi, Todd,Jeremy,Andrew, andTiffany. The course was 50% educational content and 50% of personal travel stories from them. While I know the importance of connecting with them and learning about their journeys, the educational segments were cut short to make room for personal stories. So much personal experiences seemed like a tactic to build an emotional connection. We filled out a form of our income, credit score, and assets, which I suspect was used to assign a "strategist" based on our profiles and interactions with them. They then introduced a 40k mentorship for 1 year, without any guarantees of sponsorship or commitment, only offering hope" that they might invest in you if you join. Asking for 40k with uncertain outcomes, I believe in conducting thorough due diligence. We then researched their company The Multifamily Mindset,*********************, each co-founder *****, ****, and ****, as well as all the strategists, to verify their credibility and reputation. We reviewed positive and negative reviews, checked for any legal issues, and confirmed their legitimacy with the relevant state authorities. After that, we decided that these were NOT the kind of people we wanted to get in business with and definitely not invest 40k, but we completed the course to make the most of our money. While about ************************** the 40k, I truly hope they did same level of research we did to ensure it was the right decision for them. It is crucial that they are not risking their savings or retirement funds blindly. My wish is that Multifamily Mindset provides guidance and support to help them success, as it would be disheartening to see anyone misled and sacrificed 40k

At the initial seminar, you are assigned an "strategist" who puts you in a high-pressure sales situation. The strategist asks you to fill out a sheet listing all of your available credit and assets, which you are subsequently encouraged to find any way possible to "invest" in their education and "coaching." This leads students to cash out assets like retirement accounts and maxing out credit cards. The strategist lied to us about not receiving commission from the $40k fee. They also never disclose that you only have one year to complete the education and access their ******** networking group after paying. There are group coaching calls with hundreds of students, making it impossible to get any 1-on-1 attention as they promise. These calls are supposed to be educational but quickly become a complete waste of time because they are nothing but new students introducing themselves and trying to be noticed. During group coaching calls the leader complained about students never demonstrate what's in it for them for students to have access to their expertise, and about students acting entitled because they spent $40k on the program. They recklessly claim you can learn underwriting through outdated videos and provide false information about industry practices (like recouping the cost of their program in deals). You get 15 minute calls with "Coaches" that have never done their own deals and provide little to no follow-up or guidance on specific situations when underwriting properties and making offers. You must use MFM's flawed underwriting spreadsheet, which they're aware of but haven't fixed. They make poor vendor recommendations for tax and website/CRM's designed to put money in their pockets, leading to further financial exploitation. In summary, this company is predatory and is taking advantage of people trying to invest in themselves for a better future. This program is not worth anywhere near what they are charging students. Potential students should be warned.

Multifamily Mindset had provided my family and I an opportunity to radically change the direction of our lives. With the education weve received on buying and owning apartments, weve been able to build a business that will provide generational wealth for years to come. We can now own our time and afford do things we werent able to do before. I would give Multifamily Mindset my highest possible recommendation for anyone looking to get out of the rat race and own your future.

Absolutely, life changing for me. I bought the mentorship 2 years ago and its been the best thing I have ever done. Been able to own and operate apartment building. The support and leadership I was able to receive was truly been nothing but 5 stars. I truly belive this works if you are willing to put in the work.

Not sure it's Legit. They initially want $1500 cash training 3 days seminar. Not sure if it's good. I'm scared of getting sold into another $30,000 training from what I hear. I don't need that.

The 3-day Multifamily Bootcamp with Tyler ******** and the Multifamily Mindset Team was a game-changer. They introduced us to a well-structured system and provided us with invaluable resources for success in the multifamily industry. Their passion, love, and effort in sharing their experiences, lessons learned, and teaching various strategies were truly remarkable. My wife and I are immensely grateful and excited to make connections and grow our business within the Multifamily Mindset Family
