    I left a one star on April 17th. Since then they have contacted me and told me when their stock would arrive. I reordered it and I received it a few days later. They are not the online presence that online shoppers like me expect; their delaed response can be mistaken for a lack of customer service, or a Chinese shell company, or worse, but they just seem to be a regular company trying to cope with supply and demand. Their price for my specific type of fertilizer was by far and away much better than any other company I could contact. Shipping was fair for a 50 pound parcel.

    This seems t be their business practice: they generate a shipping lable so that they can bill you. They seem to have items that are out of stock. They ship your item when they can get it, so they bill you a similar, but not exact, item to make it difficult for you to return it or complain.I waited 5 days, then sent them a polite email asking for an anticipated ship date. In 2 more days I sent them a second email. They seem to have given up replying to emails. Eleven days after being billed I called my credit card company and the CC company gave me a credit on my account.That is how I handle people like these.
