      I ordered rose bushes that arrived mangled and in very poor condition. When I finally reached the seller they sent me ***** labels to return the plans for a refund (which was a nuisance to pack up but I did even for the horrible condition plants nobody will want). Now over a month since I started this process I am still awaiting a refund.

      After placing an order on April 22 I received a confirmation email. I then received a shipping confirmation order with tracking details the following day. Then I received an email to review the product and the shipping still shows nothing has been dropped off with the carrier. I have emailed the company multiple times with no response. I have attempted to call them and received no answer. I tried contacting them through social media and received no response.

      The business listed in this complaint is fraudulently using *** shipping rates when charging customers shipping fees upon checkout. Why this is fraudulent is that *** is the only option you can select, when selected the business ships out of **** Ground Advantage which is the lowest rate shipping. Therefore you are paying a higher rate shipping fee for a shipping service the business is not actually using.

      On Feb 16, 2025 I ordered online and paid for 5 X Knock Out Rose ***** at a total cost of $288.84 (including shipping) from Seed World USA. On Feb, 17, 2025 I received an email confirmation from Seed World USA with my order number: SW238719.On Feb 18, 2025 I received an email from Seed World USA telling me that my order was being prepared for shipment, and giving me a ***** Tracking Number of: ************.I checked the tracking number and it showed that Seed World USA had not yet given the items for shipping to *** Ex - but they had initiated a label. I checked with *** Ex daily until March 2, 2025 when I received an email from Seed World USA telling me that they had shipped my plants 12 days ago, and would I please give them a review.I immediately checked the tracking again, and it still says that they have not received the items from Seed World USA in order to ship them to **** emailed twice, and called Seed World USA twice also and have heard nothing from them.I am concerned because I have done some investigating of my own and the reviews that I am reading tell a similar story to my own.

      I made an order with them April 1st. Their website says their processing time is 1-2 days. On April 5th I emailed to see what was going on with the order because the shipping was showing that the label was created but the shipping company hasnt received the item. They responded to my email 6 days later on April 11th saying sorry its taking so long they are busy. On April 19th I got my last box and it was a 2.5 gallon jug of liquid iron and it was leaking on the porch. I tried calling and no answer so I emailed them with pictures. I had to stop the leaking and opened the box and they put the jug side ways in the box with a trash bag and nothing else to protect it. No wonder it leaked. Im surprised only half the bottle was gone. Now I have an orange iron stain on the porch so I have to hire someone to clean that. There is a place to return the item on the website but nobody will take a leaking jug and I had to throw that box away. I tried emailing again yesterday 5/13 but didnt hear anything back. 3 weeks and going nowhere with this company.

      Ordered two types of sunflower seed and LabLab seed on 3/21/2024 and have not received the seed or shipping notice. Repeated phone calls and emails have gone unanswered as well.failure to get me the seed is going to prevent planting this year and loss of hunting lease use for dove hunting that cost $10,000 in damages.

      11-APR-2023 ordered *********************** Clover Seed - 10 Lbs. from Seed Ranch ****** seedranch.ca (but it's actually seedranch.com out of ****** **). Paid USD$97.77 via credit card. The order was marked as shipped but took days to actually physically reach the **** so they could ship it. emailed the company using their online form. I received an automatic response email but no human ever followed up. I phoned numerous times and eventually got a person who said shipping to ****** typically takes 2 weeks (not mentioned on website or order). Package went through a "shipping partner" and finally was delivered to **** in ***** on 21-APR-2023. Now the bag has reached ******** Customs in ********* on 24-APR-2023 and has been held for going on 3 days. I have emailed them 3 more times with no response. I have phoned several times over several days and no one answers. The voicemail did not let me leave a message. Eventually, I phoned today and was able to leave a message. No response yet. I just want my order.

      My husband and i ordered some seeds directly from this companys website. We ordered midnight roses and birds of paradise seeds. The midnight roses never showed up until we emailed, then they were sent right away. We began growing what we thought were birds of paradise but quickly found out that they are morning glorys, not what we ordered at all. The company has yet to reply to my husbands emails about the seed mixup and we are not happy that we were sent an invasive weed. We still have the rose seeds in our fridge for a month as the care instructions state before we plant them but now Im worried we might have the wrong seeds for those as well. We will never be buying seeds from this business again.

      The fertilizer I was sent has no relation to what the website offers the one I received is for ornamental, and in a different package and if not mistaken it is soluble I ordered Granular. and also I received it with a tear.# PRODUCT RECIEVED IS NOT SAME PACKAGING AS the One displayed on WEBSITE.#Product I Received says for ORNAMENTAL and turf use only, when in the website the one they display there it says for horticulture use which means vegetables garden and fruit trees (Which is why I bought if for, for my Vegetable Garden).# The fertilizer I ordered should be granular this one is soluble.#Sent them an email and also tried contacting them through their ******** page but no answer.The web page is the following from where I ordered:https://www.seedworldusa.com/

The "Turf and Ornamental" is part of "Pro-mates" logo. It's on all of their bags. The other side of the bag will shows exactly what fertilizer it is. Unfortunately sometimes bags get damaged in transit. I will gladly ship you out a new bag if you would like.
