    I rented a dumpster for 72 hours. They dropped it off and returned not even 20 hours later to pick it up. *** said he had it rented and was here to pick it up. When he dropped it off I mentioned if I didnt need it the entire 72 hours could he come sooner he said yes just call. I said good hopefully I will be done tomorrow. I never called him. He just showed up. He was yelling cussing. I mentioned a language barrier because I speak English he speaks Spanish he got more offended and yelled and cussed more. I said why did you just showed up said to him why would you not have a scheduled time I just cant believe it. I paid 400$ had it about 20 hours. He was extremely rude. I asked about a partial refund. He told me to f**k off *** yelled more obscenities at me. Backed in to my driveway and took it. I was 100 percent scammed. I had it pass than 24 hours. Paid for 3 days. I did not call and ask him to come back to get it. He showed up said he thought I was done said he already has it rented and said he is taking it. He just became more and more irate as I tried to talk to him. It was crazy

    On Tuesday, December 17, a ***** contacted me by phone to request a dumpster service. I explained my rate and the service terms (******************************), which he agreed to, and he instructed me to deliver the dumpster that same day. Upon payment, the customer mentioned that he would not need the dumpster for more than one day and asked me to pick it up on Thursday afternoon.
    On Thursday, when I arrived to collect the dumpster as agreed, I noticed the customer was visibly upset. He confronted me aggressively, asking what I was doing on his property and claiming that he wasnt finished with the dumpster. I reminded him that he had scheduled the pickup for that day. I also mentioned that I had no issue leaving the dumpster for one more day, but this would require a $50 cancellation fee for rescheduling the pickup.
    At this point, the customer became extremely rude and began questioning my ability to communicate, asking if I understood English and criticizing how I could run a business without understanding the language. I asked him to respect me and explained that his behavior would not lead to any resolution. However, he continued yelling and threatening me, warning me not to set foot on his property or I would "regret it."
    The situation escalated further when the customer appeared with a weapon and repeated his threats. At this point, I called 911 to request police assistance. (My call to 911 can be verified as evidence of the incident). Eventually, the police helped me retrieve the dumpster and resolve the situation.
    This incident could have been avoided if the customer had contacted me beforehand to discuss the cancellation fee and come to an agreement.
