    This is in regards to ************************* wedding venue, which is on their property. Do not use this venue. They lie to you about securing your date in place. They repeatedly told me that if I put my deposit down, that secures the date, I even have that in writing. We put the deposit down, they said they received it, we sign the contract then IMMEDIATELY, less than 10 minutes later, get a call telling me that they had a bride reschedule and she took that date, so there was a miscommunication. My contract had the date in writing PLUS, like I said, they told me the deposit secures your date. They also mentioned nothing about the contract securing you date. Their excuse was well management didnt sign the contract so it wasnt secured???? If I had know the contract was the one sealing the deal I would have done that immediately but this was mentioned NOWHERE. I asked if I could receive and choose any date I wanted since they messed up and told me this never happens and they would not let me. I got a discount due to choosing an off peak date and they wouldnt even let me choose an in peak date for same price. Youd think a business would do better and make it less of a hassle for a bride because wedding planning is extremely stressful, especially on a tight budget. This was the perfect place for us financially and it was beautiful. Their assistant calls me back and says Management wouldnt allow it. This is THEIR fault and they wouldnt compromise or help me. Now Im a stressed bride and extremely upset because I was so excited to have a date and venue and it all has been crushed. This venue lies and whatever date you want, do not trust you will get it. You dont run a business like that.

    We are not in agreement with the statements ************************* has reported. She is a disgruntled customer who was demanding a $4,000 discount and when we told her we could not comply she started slandering us on every social media platform she could to try and make us meet her demands.
